GPG Nations Cup Round 5 - Canadian Grand Prix - Montreal

The performance deadline for Round 5 at Montreal in Canada is the end of Monday 14th January. Everyone is to send their performance request to the GPG-Nations-Cup account, or here if you want an extra shortcut. Please set the subject title of your message as "Round 5 - Canada - (Your Country Name)". In your message please state explicitly how much you allocate for Qualifying and how much you allocate for the Race (e.g. Qualifying: 500, Race: 500). If you submit one number, qualifying and race performance will be exactly half of that value.

Yup you can send boost, bear in mind your boost total will be 6500, but yes you are in effectively

Round 4 Activity Check

Two driver was inactive for the period over which Round 4 was held:

Canada (icky) - 3rd warning - Replaced with Mexico
Austria (Wurz) - 1st warning

1st warning - 50 race/quali penalty
2nd warning - 100 race/quali penalty
3rd warning - 250 race/quali penalty + possible kick out

All penalties shall be applied in round 5.


Rule Update: The activity window will be shifted and will now run from one boost announcement to another (ie Round 5 activity window runs from the announcement on this page to the announcement for round 6). This is to make the windows match the period of a race more accurately.

My deepest apologies for taking such a long time with getting round 5 moving, whilst i do have exams that's not enough of an excuse. I am hugely thankful to whoever posted the deadline and the perf (ruben?), so much appreciated! From now on i should be back on the wagon fine (not enough to run the next round im afraid), so everything should run smoothly from here on out!

Whoever is running the race, if you've run it already ignore this. If not please remember to update your perf to account for the Austrian penalty!

Chris you are on the waiting list, feel free to choose a number/driver/country whenever you are ready. Canada does of course now become available.

Everyone take note of the rule change too! This shouldn't be a problem for anyone, just provides a better scope of who posted for what race weekend!

Once again i apologise for all the delays, and thank you for all staying onboard!

They are lucky increased boost doesn't equal increased engine failure chance like in the GPGSL, otherwise it could be a very literal bang

To elaborate from ruben: no they do not.

As the rules will state in a second once i've updated them to include this fact, any team that enters late gets (race's left x 500) boost points. In this case with 13 races left, Mexico gets 6500
