Im not into big intros or anything, besides Canada doesnt need an introduction :p

Firstly, it seems I will miss both qualifying and the race, however I should be able to watch the qualifying later on Saturday evening. Anyone got any idea's how long it takes BBC to upload onto iPlayer? I presume before 11pm would be reasonable?

Also, I want to avoid finding out the results before I watch. I guess the best way would be to go to the iplayer website directly, right?

FP1 about to start in 30 mins.

My tip hope for the weekend is Vettel into the wall of champions :p! Either that or I can very much see Pastor or Di Resta landing up there!

I think we are going to see a few in that wall of champions, especially Maldonado, and possibly Schumacher looking at the way he throws that twitchy Mercedes around.

Fingers crossed its Vettel too!

Yeah for monaco i had to watch it on iplayer, so makesure you go to bbc.co.uk/iplayer else the frontpage will ruin it all!

Qualifying is usually put on there fairly quick iirc, whereas the race takes quite a while to end up on iplayer.

Just a shape its the pointless FP1.

maybe he did it on purpose, just to prove he can once again miss half the track time and still dominate :p

The BBC can't control a power cut. (No idea for the 2nd interruption though, don't know what happened there).

Satellite relay station in Switzerland or something I don't know - basically not the Beeb's fault. I just hope it doesn't repeat itself tomorrow!

You lot in Europe shouldn't complain about any loss of transmission of the FP!! Down here in Australia, we only get Qual and the Race.....At least we get them both live nowadays though!!! 2am or something crazy Monday morning, the race this weekend....

The world doesn't work on the basis of "someone else is slightly worse off, therefore you have no right to complain", so let's drop it please. The UK has outstanding F1 coverage because we pay for it. When the coverage is sup bar, we get to complain.
