I would have swapped Rosset for Tuero, Tuero wasn't that bad
There are another 10 worse than Rosset too. Hardly the most talented guy in the world, and certainly an F1 reject, but a million miles from the top 10 worst careers. Top 10 in the past 12 years, yes, but that's about it.
He's clearly focussed on recent drivers, but even if you're looking at the past 2 decades, as he seems to have done, how can Tuero be classed as worse than Lavaggi, who somehow didn't even make the list? I'm fairly sure he never beat his teammate in qualifying, and I'm not even sure he qualified better than last (when he made the 107% at all).
I'd argue that if there was a top ten worst F1 articles at the end of this year, this would be quite near the top. The guy clearly doesn't know anything pre-2000 without resorting to F1 Rejects (which isn't a bad thing in itself... but don't base an opinionated journalistic piece around it!).
