i know they have big money issues and their participation was starting to look unlikely, i just think this is stefan gp's way of making 100% sure they don't make it so they can have the slot themselves.

completely agree, i'm not implying Dallara are in anyway at fault.
They've spent a lot of time and money developing it and will want to see at least some sort of return on that. and if campos can't pay up, then contracts permitting, they're perfectly entitled to strike a deal with someone who will.
all i was trying to say was that if all this is true, its a shame that after all that effort, its ended up in the hands of people who (given the info/rumours about them so far) would appear to have no intention of using it.
