Its 7am UK time on sunday. I wish it was its usual time, because i am signing on for a Club 100 kart race at 8:15am. Gonna miss a chunk while travelling!!!!

The FIA has published the official entry list for the 2009 Formula 1 championship ahead of this weekend's Australian Grand Prix.

The list includes the renamed Brawn GP team, which had been named as Honda in the previous version of the list.

The only other changes are Ferrari drivers Felipe Massa and Kimi Raikkonen and Toro Rosso duo Sebastien Bourdais and Sebastien Buemi swapping numbers.

He really did get it badly wrong.

If Massa wins the championship, and Piquet is sacked mid-season, we should really invite him back here.
i think Barrichello winning the first few races would hurt even more ;)

Anyone know the time for the Thursday practice session on red button in the UK?
Macca have decided to go with KERS in Oz.

So far Renault, Ferrari, McLaren. Surprised no word out of BMW yet.

BMW have only said that they'll use it if it's deemed faster than not using it. They are happy with the reliability of it. I guess the same goes for the other teams still though - they're happy with it, but might split their choices 50/50 or decide in the coming days.

I've still got the impression that McLaren are just going to go completely nuts in Melbourne and throw everything at the car and strategy in the hope they can scrape more than a few points... unless of course they were sandbagging massively after all, and some still seem very uncertain as to where they stand.

1.30am and 5.30 am i think.

Friday 27th March (GMT):

01:30 - Practice 1

05:30 - Practice 2

Saturday 28th March (GMT):

03:00 - Practice 3

06:00 - Qualifying

Sunday 29th March :

Race is at the following time:

06:00 (GMT) If you DON'T put your clock FORWARD

07:00 (BST) If you DO put your clock FORWARD
There's obviously no F1 fans in Australia! I've just checked my local tv guide and there is no Friday coverage whatsoever!

im so happy bbc are showing practice via interactive. I will be awake in the early hours to watch both sessions!

mortal, the new One channel is showing everything live from midday Friday, Saturday and Sunday I believe. You'll need a digital TV though. Planning my sickie for tomorrow now....
