Holy f***!!!!!!!!

That wreck at Zolder. Red flags were being waved, and everyone was still driving full speed through it and then it ends with a guy wrecking like that! That wasn't spectacular. That was horrible and shocking!

He wasn't fine, he (Dave Luckett) was badly injured but eventually made a good recovery.

Talking about the same accident Mike?

If we're discussing the Formula Renault accident I think it was, then he wasn't fine. The bloke who's car was against the wall had a broken leg. Sometimes you really can't legislate for stupidity.

Sorry, thought Loque was referring to the 1981 Zolder GP start.

I was talking about the Zolder one midway through, I think the guy was called Alx Danielsson.

I say "fine" as in that accident was very recent and he is still racing now.. I think.

That was the one I was referring to, loque. I was a bit surprised by the speeds of the other cars while going through the wreck even with red flags being waved.

By the way, that marshal who was running in the grass to assist the wrecked car in the wall must have crapped his pants when he saw the other one come in is direction.

Cheers.
