mclaren are thieves it's very clear and u had to deal with it stop put it all on
ferrari and the FIA,

So who actually accused the FIA or Ferrari of anything in this thread?

this is the rules they got the info about ferrari so they
need to be punish, and now it's alomst become clear that they did use it so they
need to get punish more,

The last time it hasn't been proven that McLaren used it, so why would it be clear by now? What exactly makes you think that? In that area nothing has changed since the last hearing. Have you seen any bits from Ferrari on the McLaren? Have you any evidence at all that McLaren used it? Have you even got a clue what you're talking about?

and before talking about any other case or even compare
it to other situation just get ur facts right....

Well, actually this situation looks like the Ferrari/Toyota one, that was a spy-schandal, just like this. So, please get your facts right.

with this way of controversy i can just come here and said " yeah f*** mclaren
they should get disq from this year and the 10 ahead they cheater"
but this is will take us to anyway just will make more fight and unrespectable
conversation

Didn't you just come in here and say 'yeah, f*** McLaren'?

it must be my bias showing when i don't consider obtaining as much information as possible about an opponent by illegal means and subsequently using it to be a part of a sporting competition

Yeah, that must be it.

The FIA have just announced that Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso and Pedro de la Rosa are involved in the spy scandal.

They have been asked if they have anything to say about it but so far it looks like alonso and pedro have but lewis knows nothing. Alonso and pedro have already said to the spanish press they dont know what is going on.

On another site bbc i think it was they said ferrari intercepted the emails, so this means they were tapping into mclarens systems.

Max Mosley has sent a letter to everybody asking Alonso, Hamilton and De La Rosa to give all documents about Ferrari or Nigel Stepney to the FIA. Mosley ended the letter with: "We need to make sure that the Formula 1-championship is fair. Therefore it's very important that you, if you possess relevant information, have to give that to the FIA as soon as possible. Considering that this case is very important, I can assure you that, if you give the information to us, there won't be a case against you personally. However, if you keep information secret, you could get into serious trouble.

Its said that pedro and alonso have replied but have said mclaren have nothing to worry about.

The letters went to all the drivers it does not mean that lewis knows anything.

Hmmm, maybe Alonso wasn't lying about the 0.6s he says he bought to Mclaren, we just didn't expect it to be quite like this.

Some people really do talk a lot of bollocks here. Other people seem to have no grasp of reality. Really quite disappointing that the few posts here from the people who understand what's going on are overshadowed by fan boys and people who are just flat out nutters.

Covfan isn't a McLaren fan Astro. So you might want to rethink that post.

Do you really think McLaren will be DQ'd and banned? lol, IF found guilty they will be severely punished but not banned. Doing that would give ferrari no immediate opposition and we would be back where we started with a procession every weekend ;) .

Yes I do think they would ban them, they would have to as if found to have used the info they would have gained an advantage that has helped with the car.

What I find ridiculous is that IF McLaren are guilty, there is a chance of them being banned. However, IF PdlR and FA had access to the information they can get away with everything by telling the FIA. IMHO, if either driver is found to have had access to and used the information they should be banned - in the same way as Coughlan and Stepney (if he is guilty) should be banned from being involved. How come a member of staff can get away with it just because he admits it? He shouls get a reduced sentence, sure, but not total amnesty.

I think it is different in many ways. They "passively" receive the information (as far as we know/think FA) and perhaps they didn't really wanted to have anything to do with it as many people in the team. But the team is an entiry, the driver is a person...I simply think it is different. Not everyone in the team is going to be banned (what does that mean, they can't work?) but the team as an entity will be banned to participate.

It seems that FA has given everything he had to the FIA which can cause definitely the end of McLaren -Alonso relation...If I had some information and FIA warned me of retiring my super-license I would have given everything I had.

i am not going to turn it as words game, they got the info, they didn't stole it someone hand it to
mclaren, although they know this is illegal but they took it and they use it.

problem.

"So who actually accused the FIA or Ferrari of anything in this thread? "
well u can read the topic and see people talking about malysia 1999 and melbourne 2007 and more every
one is cheating in this sport.

"The last time it hasn't been proven that McLaren used it, so why would it be clear by now? What exactly makes you think that? In that area nothing has changed since the last hearing. if they didn't use it why they took it at the first place is it to know what ferrari is doing .....yeah they
were curious what ferrari is doing that is all.

"Well, actually this situation looks like the Ferrari/Toyota one, that was a spy-schandal, just like this. So, please get your facts right"
thanks to the guys here i already since forever

"Didn't you just come in here and say 'yeah, f*** McLaren'?"

Maybe you are wrong, maybe i am wrong? Who knows? But don't blame everything on Mclaren and say Ferrari are innocent because they played a part in this "scandal" too.
