brnco: "should I stay, or should I go" VOTING TIME

You need to learn self-censorship Red 5.

In many ways I do see your point. But the way forums operate is a curious thing and it takes getting used to. Everybody here keeps telling you that to be respected you need to show respect and contribute. I didn't understand that when I first started reading these boards (I used to be here under the name meyers, you can see how much of a tit I made of myself).

Shame really, I respect your leftist politics. Anyway...

+1. Well said Dan.

Ironic, I actually looked for this thread last night, mainly because red 5 your posts these last few days reminded me so much of brnco's posts in the past :P

Great post Dan! If that doesn't knock some sense into him, I don't know what will.

Never in all the history of this forum has one person done so much grave-digging (resurrection of dead threads), caused so much grief to ALL of the moderators, caused the members to make daily post reports, caused the members to send pm's on a daily basis to me literally begging me to remove you from the forum. Is this something to be proud of?
For you to so flippantly blame everyone else for your behaviour is outrageous to say the least. To sidestep your own spamming of the boards and blame others is a deflection, nothing more, nothing less.
It has been explained to you that baiting the moderators, and the members here is unacceptable behaviour, yet you continue as if it is a life's work of yours.
Unfortunately now, as much as I find it personally distasteful, for the sanity of this board and for the sake of the majority on this site, you have given me no other option than to remove your account and to deny you further access to this site. This is of your own doing, you cannot blame the community for your failure to fit in here and to behave with some sense of decency and to consider others here, if everyone else can do it, why can't you? You could have made an effort, but no, you chose to do the opposite. Some members have been here since the sites inception, you Sir, will never earn the same amount of respect or friends on this board in your lifetime, because it appears you lack the social skills to be able to do so. You have absolutely no clue on the vagaries of "netiquette" and how to apply it at any given time in a public forum. Many times I have warned you in private yet you failed on all occasions to heed my personal plea to you to tone it down and show some common sense. You have forced me to engage in a 'public assassination' of the worst kind. I do sincerely hope that you have learned something from all of this, but somehow I doubt it. The door is now closed to you. You have overstayed your welcome. I am now giving in to the majority here and pulling the plug on you. This is your creation, not mine, not anyone else's, accept responsibility for your actions.
