Martin Whitmarsh told to finnish newspaper that new MP4-21 is made to suit Montoya's driving style more than MP4-20 was .Montoya likes oversteering car unlike Kimi who like understeering car .

but in italy did jpm have to push or silverstone for that matter, kimi did he had to drive flat out.

but jpm did make too many mistakes and got caught up in other peoples. if he avoids these silly things he could make a challenge.

all depends who gets a better start to the year

Having followed JPM closely since he came to F1, I believe Kimi would be faster on a times race distance on a clear track. Put them against each-other in equal, reliable cars and JPM would find a way past every time. They are both great drivers in their own way but Montoya is a natural racer. I think he might have a good year if he has aa good enough car. Otherwisae, as the media reprted this morning, he's open to offers from other teams.

If someone who has entered F1 with a BANG after having done only 24 official races before isn't a "natural racer" I don't know who is.

some of the moves kimi has pulled off have been stunning and he dont hit no one when he does them, the same can not be said for jpm.

kimi just about got a licence he had to race under probation and scored a point in his 1st race.

it shows what mclaren really think of him by not taking up the option on him

Maybe Kimi would like to make his decision as late as possible and consider his options for 2007.

I'm sure that Kimi and his manager take those things into account and are better informed on the state of the team than all of us and the journalists covering the sport.

Kimi has already said that if MP4-21 is good enough for race wins and championship winning car he does't want to leave the team but if it isn't then he is ready for new challenges...

Sergio Rinland once said that really good drivers only take 'bout 3 laps to make a competitive laptime, how much did it take to kimi to beat coulthard?., mONTOYA Took more than half the season to actually be a little close, but then againg, the mclaren was soo good that there was no difference on who was driving what.., you could still see the difference still, everybody says monza, at monza the guy lost the pole at a car that was the same and twice the weight!, remember?., and he as well might have loose the race if it wasn't because of kimi's tyre, and all of those races where kimi had to start 10 places back?., i truly beleive that the only race where juan was good was at brazil, but in china he was the lighter car out of all those 4 in the front, remember?

we don't need to discuss anything, withmarsh always defends montoya,

the funny thing is that haugh and dennis know better than us about those two, and who do they rather have?

ps: i've never to be honest heard of kimi complaining that the car doesn't suit his driving style, and like vesivus says,
