C'mon Lewis attack attack attack ;) i want Mercedes Engines on P1, P2, and P3

The Real Story of the Race was that the Renault's fell apart and the Ferrari's didn't.
Rosberg headed for the sliproad and retired, probably because of Nicotin starvation they have still not given him a helmet with a little hole in it.

not only that, he didn't use the DRS once the whole race.

this season is looking good, but i reckon Mclaren still has advantage, Jenson looked like a threat to Nico but yeah i can't wait for the next race

Great work Nico! cool weather helped Mercedes to keep their tyres a life just like during winter testing ...bahrain will show if they really have manage to solve their tyre issues. Sadlly Kimi's risk with tyres didn't work and he dropped from podium to 14 th, it was unbelieveable even between teams and that's why we didn't see many overtakes :)

Since this he is widely known as Britney.

Kimi, so, Massa Fernando Sebastian is faster than you. Can you confirm you understood that message?

Wasn't ever aware of Nico or Schumi getting tired anyway but whatevs.

He totally dominated that... I'm sure he did use DRS at some points just not to overtake any front runners.

Last twenty laps of that were EPIC, that is what F1 should be about. I am frankly amazed that we only had one DNF - could have easily had a Williams or Sauber flying upside down through the air at several points during that.

Just waiting for the inevitable Lewis Hamilton weaving penalty, hmm.

One thing which concerns me is how dead these forums are through races now. I know it's early, but sheeesh. Where's Dave Ellis gone anyway? I always valued his (often hilarious) input.
Trulli retires, but there's still a long gaggle of cars racing...wow.

Nico really deserved that, risking a 2-stopper paid off a treat. Amazing.

Feel a little sorry for Raikkonen who had 2nd place but the tyres just completely dropped, and Kobayashi who stopped a third time later on but everyone in front of him held on.

Very good race indeed.

Well i guess thats what happens if you shove 4 world champions, a few competitive young drivers and some degrading tyres together. That finish was impressive and what F1 should be about! Great that some of the overtaking wasn't in the DRS zone again, this track seems to be able to do that well.
Great job by Nico, controlled that race and his tyres well! Don't think many people expected the mercedes car to be doing less stops than other teams ;).
Not quite sure how either Webber, Grosjean or Maldonado managed to keep going. Grosjean and Maldonado just didn't want to give up that place to eachother at all, and webber took off once again ;)
Oh and nice to see Massa taking over Trulli's job and backing everyone up nicely ;-)

Two more things... Did i see that De La Rosa was only 1 lap down in the HRT? I know this lap is short, but only one lap? That has to be a record for them...
And Hamilton, despite doing well and leading the championship, always looks and sounds depressed... He came 3rd for christs sake, thats pretty good considering he started 7th!

Mercedes managed their tyres well.. shocking! A long over due but totally deserved and utterly dominant win for Rosberg, Button was spirited but I don't think he'd have beaten Rosberg even without the pit-stop problem.

Hamilton summed up the race best "that was a serious train of cars" good drives through out the field and a bit of strategic diversity.

People who'll be dissapointed today.. Schumacher, that was unfortunate, Sauber would have expected many more points, Kimi absailed down the tyre degregation cliff and of course Massa who did.. okish but thats still not nearly good enough even for points.

Congrats to Nico. That was a great drive!

Nice wheelie by Webber. I am glad to see that Red Bull finally fixed his KERS, although they probably need to tone it down a bit.

You can DRS backmarkers when you pass them. I doubt Nico abstained from doing that.

I didn't see anything like that. Surely you are imaging things.

He was the tiniest bit sulky at Melboune, but since then he's been a bit more laid back about it, as he should because he's now leading the championship.

Maybe im thinking about the wrong driver, i could have sworn hamilton used to be much more animated but then i imagine when he's winning he's a much happier bunny.

Caterham are abysmal, aren't they? They really need to get their fingers out in the reliability dept and also in the speed dept, nobody will take them seriously for long if they don't start challenging Toro Roso and FI (who I now class as the bottom two "real" teams as Williams appear to have gone at least some way to sorting their @#$%& out).

Obviously a magnificent drive from Rosberg, it really is a very historic day to have Mercedes winning in F1 again! A pity for Schumacher, but I don't think he could've challenged for the win.

Personally, it was a frustrating day for Massa again, he went for a strategy gamble, and it almost worked. He did drive better than the past two races though (not difficult, I know), particularly to hold off Kimi and co. for so long. It seemed that his pace on the option tyre was too slow as he made little progress in the final stint.

Nice wheelie by Webber.

That scared the @#$%& out of me. So close to doing an American special.

Fantastic race from Rosberg.

Boring from a racing perspective, but it all kicked off in the final 10 laps. Excellent stuff.

I closed my eyes when Perez and Maldonado got up behind Kimi on the straight. Somehow I just didn't have the faith that Maldonado could keep his composure and duck out of the slipstream drive into the side of Perez.

Good to see Vettel and Webber actually fighting it out on track again. Also nice to see Webber getting one up on Vettel - I feel that one's been bubbling up inside him since the inter-team fallout after Turkey 2010.
