The real wheels are invisible. (transparent jams)
He paints the wheels on the body.
It looks very good in the game.

My English is limited. I do not understand the questions exactly.
As I wrote before: The real wheels are invisible. (transparent jams).
He paints the wheels pixel for pixel on the car bitmap.
That is not simple. There are many distortions.

In the game the wheels stand still. No turning wheels.
But when you drive against the CC's it looks good.
It's a good solution (for not open wheeler)in GP2.

Here is a video with Dan Richards 2007 World Touring Car Championship carset for GP2.
He use the same solution for the wheels.
