New GP3 intro video - is it possible?

GP4 mod makers have made altenative intro videos for the game to match the year etc.

Is there a programme or other way to convert AVI files to be used by GP3 to then play when you start the game to replace the video that comes with the game?

I have this little tool but it seems impossible for me to get any sound in the new intro. Is there something I am missing regarding sounds on the videos??? I've made a fine Intro for LeMans but I can't get any sound out of it.........
