yep, you don't need to run under compatabilty mode

I have found a bug though in melbourne 2000, could you start a race in
ace mode ai control and sit in grid slot 16, at the moment it ctd's
everytime, weirdly this is fixed if I turn the tyres off in gpxpatch.

ok, what we need now is for someone to read this post, that hasn't the
problem with and uses the same card, it looks like a transparancy issue.

it looks like something to do with spa_tree2.jam

the jams are 256x768 try changing the jam size to 256x512 if that doesn't
work try 256x256

I solved my melbourne 2000 ctd problem, and it just shows how sensitive
everything is with gpxpatch

I'd made a typo error in my gpxpatch 2000_track_01.set

Jam03=belini\2000\cars\03ferrarsi.jam

that just cost me 3 hours...grrrr:(

@goeland92, do you have aa and af enabled? and is your graphics settings on performance or quality?

Aa and af enabled. No preference (graphic settings and performance are equalized).

Try disabling aa and af - GP3 hates them!

I noticed something else.

In Barcelona 2000 version the la caixa overhang which is at the end of the main straight is also present at the end of the back straight. Im prety sure there was only one of them before they changed it for the pole in 2001.
just for the sake of perfection. Incredible work, thanks.

it's another error, thanks for reporting it, I went through all the tracks
re-sizing the metre boards before releasing them and must have used the
object definition for la caixa by mistake, will fix.

keep reporting them.

Perf files contain a few incorrect driver positions, car numbers and typos. I've corrected these and will send you them if you want. I've cross checked all the details against F1 Yearbooks going back to 1999. Of course this will have a knock on effect with the helmet jams. I've not touched the perf values at all.

very strange, are the other seasons working ok?

the way I convert from gp4 is the 2001 track first, and then work up in years,
2005 isn't that much different from 2003/4.

CTD using belini visors, wheel, patch 113, cockpit patch.
