Belini's Tracks with gp3 1.13?

is it possible to play belini's tracks with gp3 1.13?
or are they only for gp3 2000?

I think they are only available for GP3 2000 unfortunately

It could work if you add magic data into the track.

His 2002 Magny Cours does work but not his 2003 track as there is no 2003 magic data as I know.

Did your birth certificate come with an apology letter from Durex?

You can use all interlagos and magny-cours tracks 1999-2003 in GP3 1.13.
Magny-Cours 2003 only works without magic data and gap72´s dat.file.
