It's something about a code with a password, to limit how much time you have to save your hotlap/race in a offline championship.

It's called a TL code, but the policy varies a lot between leagues. Personally I hate TL racing, so I steer clear of it. Which league is it, I may be able to help

Basically you have to add the code to your name once you get it from somewhere on a site, but it often has to be in the perf data
