Hello pippozzo!

I've known this treasure of a game Grand Prix 3 for 5 years now and the fun never ends! And thank you for your never ending improvements you bring to it!

Allow me to ask a quick question. Is there a way to modify the cornering speed of the AI on a specific turn on a given track using the magic data file? I tried doing so with the GP3 Master editor but for some reason the values return to the original ones even after clicking on export. I am trying this because I noticed that the AI are unrealistically fast on some corners like the long turn after the start/finish just before the straight line in magny cours and also on the last corner in A1 ring Austria.

I would appreciate your help and thank you again!

Hi , I am believing in GP3Master you actually are modifying the speed and gear to show in the circuit map, it won't affect the AI in the game.
I Think the magic data are general parameter of the track, it is not related to specifics sections. You may find more info about magic data here :

[gadareth.altervista.org]

it's a part of tutorial of the track editor (actually the only editor I may suggest you to use for this modify)

This is the only editor you can use to access in a specific part/section of circuit modify it. But I don't know how it works at that level. I ever modified just some fences or some circuit info.

In my opinion its only possible to modify cornerspeed of AIs for only one specific turn when you edit the track-file itself. Inside every trackfile is a "vector" that represents the racingline of the AI-cars. Here you have to start if you wanna do something like that.. it demands real trackbuilding-skills. GP3-Trackeditor you need.
