My team will not be partying anytime soon, as long as our full race results keep on falling outside top 10. We have the speed in the sprint races, just not in the full races.

As I'm dead last I can party all night long and race the next day, that won't make a big difference on my standings.

Because only I sent to team owners only. Also helmets are all on display in this thread.
