Owen Edwards @oensan 35m
What a result for the team! Excellent race, some great progress shown despite a poor practice session.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unless I'm very much mistaken... I am very much mistaken!
nice one, it's great to grab some points after starting at the back of the grid.
sorry for causing the incident in lap one btw...

also: great coverage, i enjoyed it a lot (Y)

used to be GPGSL's Nick Heidfeld
I want to point out once again that I'm not angry on Connor or something and the coverage was indeed very good. I just wanted to know the exact circumstances of the re-run (which have been satisfactorily explained now) and I simply don't understand why Zandvoort makes it on the calender again and again when every time it ends in a mess, especially at this track. If I remember correctly we already had a double-pit last season in Zandvoort and of course it can also happen that a driver or two lack a bit of speed in the race, but such an extensive lack of speed is very rare. Having said that I hope that there will be consequences for Zandvoort next season and with that the topic is closed for me.

Round 7 Dutch GP Boost Tables:

Round 7 Dutch GP GPGCL Tables:

Fixtures for Round 8:
Group A:
Aston Martin Racing - Christel VXR
Martini Paddock Racing - True North Racing

Group B:
Team Shadow Subaru - Snake Motorsports
Southern Cross Racing - Alpha Racing Team

Don't worry John after a race like yours i would be asking for an explanation too :). I too can see the problems with Zandvoort, and whilst i know ruben has worked hard to make it work, theres still a few problems cropping up in it.

On the tables:
Myself - Disappointed not to gain any places whatsoever even with getting points, but i am closer to the guys ahead of me which is good. Its also not too bad to be 18th fastest out of all 41 drivers. Top half in pace shows i have the ability when i want to use it.

Christel - Getting quite close in the midfield section of the constructors. Whilst it looks like we won't be catching the top 3, hopefully we should be able to take a good slot in the midfield.

GPGSL- Congratz to MPR for being the first team to qualify. Pity we came up against a very very strong TNR result, so we didnt stand much chance. Next fixture won't be easy either against AMR. Group B is looking surprisingly close though!

A pity that I couldn't hold on to the win, but a podium's a good solid result and it's good to boost my lead in the championship.

When you play a saved game again it will be always the same, unless you rewind stuff then the race will be different. About Zandvoort, I ran the race last season and there was no trouble at all if I recall correctly. I altered the magic data with Cmagic. I don't know if Connor adjusted the magic data with TSM which can be buggy. Please don't be mean to Zandvoort, it was calling me yesterday and was crying his heart out.

My Grand Prix 4 Files

I'm a total dick. How many people can say that?
Nah I always use cmagic, I am basically incapable of using tsm ;). Oh and the double pitting, I have a feeling that's only when it rains or something along those lines, it didn't happen when it was dry. Zandvoort can be ran perfectly fine, I've done it in the GPGNC, no problems there, so do not fear Ruben :)

Hey, I've been inactive in form of not writing in the thread, I read it and also I send some PMs, so I don't think that is inactivity. Just I don't find it worthy writing as I don't have much to say.
Unfortunately mate if you don't post in the thread then you face a penalty

Races: 163 - Wins: 23 - Pole Positions: 24 - Fastest Laps: 22

On a bicycle tour from Zandvoort to Spa, thought that would be a good training after this bad weekend. I hope to arrive at the track in time...

I don't have a (test) drive at the moment. Would be happy to fill in for a while if you need a substitute.

If you only read the thread, and send pm's, you do not show up in the thread, therefore you are considered inactive according to the rules. I've lost count of how many times the fact has been stated that "It does not take much to post".

[www.mediafire.com] Some say you should click it, you know you want to. :-) [www.gp4central.com] <----GP4 Central
If this was your first warning, then I can understand what you're saying and you may have misinterpreted the rules, but if you've seen you've been warned twice before for being inactive, then surely you would've realised you were doing something wrong before it came to you being suspended!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Unless I'm very much mistaken... I am very much mistaken!
If i happen to be inactive over the next 2-3 weeks, please forgive me! This weekend, I will be sitting in the grandstands at Albert Park for the actual real Formula 1 Australian GP, and on top of that, my wife is 36 weeks pregnant, so somewhere down the line in the next few weeks, my life is going to get very, very busy! However, I am sure I will be around, and posting!

p.s. Any others going to be in Melbourne for the F1's this weekend???
