GPGSL S9 R13 - Austrian GP - A-1 Ring [Race online p205!]

Great result once again for SCR. With Gilson finishing in 3rd, and considering where Greenhalgh and Jalving finished, it looks like Gilson has extended his championship lead. And with Cartwright finishing 5th, that also helps SCR in the constructor's standings as it means that SCR has gained on MPR. So all up, a very good weekend for the team.

Well, that's settled. The car handles like a dog in the rain.

I hardly managed to keep it on the floor, because I was skiing all over the place. This Audi has problems putting the power down, it delivers too quickly, and that's really a handicap in these conditions.

These two points feel like a victory, it could've been much worse. A real shame about Stefan, he was clearly able to save the team's honor. We'll concentrate on Zandvoort now. At least there I will have plenty of chocolate to cheer myself up.

Me? Losing 4 positions at the start is a mess already and then, as basically always, losing positions in the pits as well. I'd say I leased that problem for the full season. At least the second stint showed my real pace and I could snatch 10th and 2 points. Not much but better than nothing.

At least Jack is holding up the AMR flag. Really great drive man and two wins in a row, that could, at least, bring you back in the title fight. Maybe the second driver car will bring me more luck again next season

Back from holiday now

Guys I can't get hold of Owen at all. I know he's been away with a cycling trip early July, but not sure he actually told people here or the GPGSL any messages.

Not heard on social media since either!

Mystery for TNR... as the only other driver able to drive is...ME.

And I can't, as I am manager LOL.

I'm not aware of any cycling trip and I just double-checked his posts and he never announced his absence publicly. Hence the penalties against him are not valid. However, as I pointed out one page before this already, Karjalainen can race for you because his second penalty was more than two races ago. However, if he receives his third warning over the rest of the season, you'll have to replace him and find somebody else.

Yeah, not the best race. Bad qualifying and you don't do anything so far behind. But look at the fastest lap, guys, we had the speed. The rain just killed us, and then there was the contact with Gareth. Sorry for that, I had the fastest car on the track and had to overtake him fast. So I pulled to the inside but he didn't notice it. In the end he pulled to the inside, I went a little bit to the outside, so we collided. No damage to the car, the race was over anyways. So no points from Donington. We obviously can't be happy with said race, but driving the fastest lap in tricky conditions is a sign that we have the speed. Now we only need to be on better grid positions, then everything can happen.

First point since my first win, long time ago. Not much happy than that, that was a dull race for me.

Very unlucky race for Gareth who was in a good position for once (same goes for Jo-Anne). I got a friend for you if you want :
