In GPxPatch 4.21 it's possible to show driver nationality flags behind the name. For this, a flag pack needs to be installed, and the driver nationalities have to be specified in drivers.ini. I'm compiling a list here so everyone doesn't have to build their own. This is what I've got so far. At least years 2010 to 2013 should be complete. Comment if you have more to add.
Please use these standard country codes for the country.
