This could several reasons. Make sure you have configured your firewall properly or perhaps the server just timed out.
Also it's possible that you can't retrieve the version list because of a proxy"


This message appears to me when I open the CSM and no mod works, I also can not update the program.
Has a solution for my problem?

The server has been down for a long time. You should turn off automatic updates in the settings.
