Hamilton is one of the most impressive new drivers to Formula One if you care to look back his career. He has practically dominated every series he has been in, in his first rookie year. Racing is racing, the F1 car has more grip and a more powerful engine but when it comes down to it the thing still has 4 wheels and a steering wheel. He will be using the same techniques he has learned throughby keiran - F1

I don't believe they do. The race drivers are complaining because only one of them will get on the track while Vettel cruises around with no worries for the weekend ahead.by keiran - F1
I can't remember the rule clearly now but I'm 99.9% sure the 3rd car can be used by any driver, thats how it has always been in pre-weekend practice for years has it not? What is banned is having 3 cars from the same team on track at the same time.by keiran - F1
The last one I did was the ESL ERRC UK series - The ESL is probably the biggest league of the lot. The German one is sponsored by big companies such as Intel who took the game on a tour last year with the BMW F1 car with a nice BMW M6 as the prize. I haven't had the time to do anything since the ESL UK series Hopefully in the coming months I'll have some more time and I'llby keiran - Other Games
Not sure if I understand what your saying... Are you looking to do some serious leagues? If thats the case in there are quite a few - Very big league with big prize money, shown on TV. It's only the German side at the moment. The UK one hasn't kicked off yet. - A new league which has proven very popular. Getting into it is a hard task. You must earn yby keiran - Other Games

lol, sour grapes? Coulthard is known to be a smooth driver yet engines let go on him. Engines let go on Hakkinen and Montoya. Engines will continue to let go on Alonso and Lewis if McLaren think this way... Keiranby keiran - F1

Been really bad up here in the Aberdeen area of Scotland. It's really weird as it can go on most of the night and then it's calm for a good few days and then it's back again, been going on like that for a couple of weeks now. One of the windows blew out of our steading :/ and a tree over at our neighbours was hanging over the road. Not to mention the huge amount of fallen treesby keiran - Off-Topic

I've yet to play a game where a computer safety car works properly without some drama. Tbh I think it's too much to ask of a piece of code to work out whether or not a safety car is needed. So many variables. In LFS most leagues will just use a player car with a safety car skin to be a safety car. The admin or person appointed to it will just switch on the hazzards do a race controlby keiran - Grand Prix 4
I remember when I was working in the F1 shop and we had a pile of those Senna helmets. You wouldn't believe the amount of people who thought they were helmets for kids :| People were wanting to take them out the box and try them on there kid... Then again we had lots of people who couldn't figure out what these big wide wheels were for... so they decided to believe they were for road caby keiran - Off-Topic
The designs have probably become more complex because helmet designers are obviously wanting to show off their skills. I doubt that any driver on that grid or very few came up with the design they are wearing. They probably told the designer the colours and maybe the general idea and left them to it. A lot of the helmets have the designers name on it, Fisis one pictured above does - Keiraby keiran - F1
You have to remember companies pay big money for sponsorship and the drivers helmet is probably one of the most expensive places. So in order to keep the sponsors happy there logo will have to stand out as best as possible and look good. I'm sure everybody understands the basic principal of colours. A company isn't going to want to change the colour of their brand.by keiran - F1
The way I see it had he been put in prison there would have been a lot more trouble trying to keep him there. We've seen how much his supporters are fighting back so it wouldn't have been long before they tried to free him while killing innocent people. Keiranby keiran - Off-Topic

Scawen is rounding up the test patch phase for the release of patch V. Bare in mind these are only compatible fixes and updates so there are no changes to the core of the game (physics etc). Sounds are hugely improved with some more updates on the way before the official release. Scawen has stated though this wont be the end of the updates after patch V. The thing with Button is he has never really gone out there and done a performance where you think `wtf how'd he do that?!?` Like Alonso, Raikkonen and Scumacher can do quite regularly over a season. There is no doubting Button is a good driver but whether he is anything more than good is still to be proven. Statistics say he is average, all be it I don't believe in using statisticsby keiran - F1
mikef1 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > No, the reason was because often the cars would > catch fire and if the driver was trapped, they > would get incinerated, so they preferred to be > thrown clear. 1980 is 26 years ago, technology moves on and the understanding of certain aspects of car design are constantly being understood more and more every year.. GP2 use this effect to great affect. Slicks would also be a big step forwards to give the drivers more mechanical grip but a lot could be done by letting the teams use the floor of the car. I see no reason in not allowing the ground affect.by keiran - F1
I can't see how speed has any baring on the use of a HANS device. What you hit will be the deciding factor on how much strain your body is going to sustain. Hitting a tyre wall is a lot nicer as it absorbs the energy so decelerates the movement in your neck more gradually than hitting a more solid object with no to little give which gives a huge initial strain on the neck.
