I hate all of this. I'm in the minority that was hoping F1 would eventually turn into Wipeout HD. Yes it's all very responsible, but who gives a rats?by Razorsedge - F1
I don't know if I can do it. The cars are looking ridiculous (early days, granted.) The circuits are all going to disappear aren't they? Many run at a loss. The global financial meltdown means Canada has given up, France is gone, and now 'the bold new frontier' China is considering calling it a day in the face of losses. They want to introduce medals like the Olympicby Razorsedge - F1
ROFL @ that article! I know it's already been highlighted but this statement alone is worth further lambasting! I mean really: "What is clear is that Alonso in a potential title-winning car is a potential world champion, whether Hamilton is there or not." When is exactly did Alonso go from being 2 times W.D.C. to merely a 'potential world champion'? Massa is aby Razorsedge - F1
JPM was quality like Homer Simpson. We all love him. Unfortunately he fell into a seat at 'Honest Ron's' Merc dealership where everyone is equal and that was that. I miss him, but was never a fan. I liked his fire.by Razorsedge - F1
My heart goes out to Massa's family but that gif is hilarious!!by Razorsedge - F1
Why would someone under 18 not click that link Jim? LOl, where the F$#K are you from man??by Razorsedge - F1
I hope Massa, but there's just no way Hamilton/Mclaren will not get the job done; so I'm pretty depressed, but still have this annoying glimmer of hope. If Hamilton does win, I hope it's a dominant drive, and not JUST making it to the title however. Which is odd because it's the opposite of how I feel about Massa. What an annoying season!! No I disagree. Kimi should have been allowed to go for it and race Hamilton. It's a further example of how far Ferrai has fallen in the last 2 years.by Razorsedge - F1
Ferrari's race was over by the start. Very disappointed when Massa took softs on his first stop. Lulu(saw this here and I think it's apt,LOL) deserves the title on todays performance. Massa was pathetic all weekend, and has only highlighted why it's so difficult to support this guy. I think Ferrari went the wrong way. Sure they needed Kimi to yield, but would it have beenby Razorsedge - F1
From what I saw it looks like Heidfeld seriously blocked D.C. he should be penalized which is unfortunate because B.M.W. are already having a bit of a black weekend with Kubica all but out of the fight. Although it's disappointing Massa didn't make Pole, the more i think about the top 4 the more exciting tomorrow is becoming! I really hope Kimi gets away to flier and Alonso gets inby Razorsedge - F1
I'd love to see Alonso accidentally take out Lewis. And what we would say is 'tough titties mate.' But in reality it would be far more likely for Lewis to do the taking out in desperate kamikaze passing attempt. All it would take is another driver not to yield, and I think the current mood in the paddock is exactly that(at least amongst the guys who would be in a position to joby Razorsedge - F1
No, the ass clown drivers gave us a good race. This track is crap. Thank god Suzuka is back next year. Hamilton gets my loser of the day award. Having rabbited on the other week about how 'I've learned to be cautious' lol. Way to go mate; just dive bomb into turn 1. Kimi should have just turned in and finished his race there and then, but Kimi is too good for that unfortunately.by Razorsedge - F1
That is great, thanks so much for posting it. (If anyone can capture and upload this somewhere I'd love a copy!LOL). The reporter is an English-centric pratt, but the interview is very enjoyable almost because of that. The second half is very interesting when the reporter stops dropping the L.H. bomb. Hang about.....what if we just made the oil green in the first place???by Razorsedge - F1
Ugh. I disagree with this decision. Also a big fan of the event. Oh well...I'm sure Abu Dhabi (under lights?) will be very...modern.by Razorsedge - F1
Very disappointed with Ferrari as I've mentioned, but just had to add: The track is best new circuit to be introduced to the classic tracks. Period. Great Challenge for the drivers, overtaking opportunities, and grueling. Long live Singapore. It's fitting the double world champ gets his name on the first win here!by Razorsedge - F1
Ferrari need a slap. They should all just line up in the factory and have Luca slap them all. Then Massa. Then Kimi. The championship is not over, but that light system surely is.by Razorsedge - F1

I think that would rock! I miss Taku. He wouldn't back out of a bit of wheel baby Razorsedge - F1
I don't think Vettel will be wasted at all at Red Bull. I also don't know if they can supply him with a winning car. But think about....he's 21. If he's any good he'll be racing well into his mid 30's. A few years in a team NOT expected to be fighting for wins while he hones his skills under the new regulations is probably perfect for his career. I think it'by Razorsedge - F1
Hey gang, I've a question for the technically minded among you about 'downshifting' too quickly in a modern F1 car. I've read from Peter Windsor, in an article from a few years ago that I annoyingly cannot locate, that a modern engine shouldn't break due to downshifting, but he may have been talking about something else, or simply trying to exaggerate a point as he oftby Razorsedge - F1
This is an interesting thread so far, good comments guys. GP4 was the first sim I tried, I bought my first P.C. specifically to play GP4 after seeing a modded (tobacco livery) version in the store in Tokyo. Imagine my surprise when I go the game home and...there were no tobacco liveries!! LOL. I went straight back and demanded an explanation...the guy gave me a small note with this sites addreby Razorsedge - Grand Prix 4
With Mclarens record at the FIA tribunal I wouldn't be surprised if they DO revise the decision.... ..and throw Lewis out of the points completely!by Razorsedge - F1

LOL, at last a question I can answer definitively!!! You know how long I've waited for this moment! HAhahaha! Now I am the master! You want Fuji T.V. that is channel 8 m8. It's all delayed telecast, Qualy will be shown on Saturday night 1:45 a.m. local time (subject to change). The Race session is Sunday night from 11:50 p.m. Grab some beers and enjoy. Where are you staying?by Razorsedge - F1
Japan has an excellent commentary team who are enthusiastic and knowledgeable, but mostly enthusiastic about who-ever is putting on a great show on track. For the grid interviews they sometimes send along a cute model so at least you've got something nice to watch while the drivers ramble on about...whatever. They do keep an eye on the local boys, and teams but certainly not to the exclusion oby Razorsedge - F1
Thank you. I think that is case closed. Cheers.by Razorsedge - F1
o.k. so, lets say 5 cars finish a race. and 3 are retired, but have completed 75% race distance, would those 3 cars receive points? LOL.by Razorsedge - F1
Cool for cats, thank you for the reply.by Razorsedge - F1
Gang, sorry for such a simple question, but who better to ask? What is the 2008 % of race completion to be classified? It used to be 75%, but information I have checked elsewhere has proven to be contradictory. Thanks in advance. R.by Razorsedge - F1
