It's impossible. Tried for years and years several different methods, followed different threads on here... but you'll never get it working on 1.02. I experience the exact same as you, the split works just fine for me on version 1.00. Frustrating!by senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 4
Thanks for the link Kerley! I'd fixed the issue but regardless I've still used the entire performance folder you uploaded. Great! Just one more thing... I believe some of the teams have the incorrect small tyre logo showing during sessions such as Qualifying and Warm Up. McLaren / Williams / Lotus / Footwork / Minardi I think it was. I've changed the .ini so the correct tyrby senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 4
Hi Kerley - thanks again to all involved in the mod! I did notice the March Leyton House team were assigned Pirelli tyres in the game. (Unless that's something I messed up!) Not a big problem to fix, I changed it back with GPxPatch to Goodyear. But just thought you may be interested to know for future updates!by senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 4
Amazing Glenn - thank you!! Hope you're well mate.by senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 4
What a masterpiece, congrats on the result of the hard work! Still playing the awesome 1989 mod, but in time I'll play this too - Thank you!!!by senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 4

I had the same problem as you. The drivers and software on this site helped me a great deal. Can now map correctly, split the triggers onto different Axis (to help with brake / throttle mapping)... Xbox 360 Drivers Good luck!by senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 3

Hey Kerleyf1 - another (and final!) question from me... I've noticed that during a 100% race at Monza I have AI cars constantly running long into Rettifilo chicane and bouncing across the gravel. Sometimes spinning. It happens on most laps, and sometimes more than 1 car is off at that first corner when I arrive there. Is this something I need to change or haven't selected regardingby senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 4
Hi all, I was looking to find out how the in-game difficulty settings affect the computer controller cars in GP4. (So nothing to do with driving aids for the human controlled car). When upping the levels from Rookie to Ace, how would this have an affect on the behaviours of the AI? I was wondering if this affects: [*] Racing - Do they go for more daring passes? More intelligent in geby senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 4
Thanks so much Kerley. And Quickslick too for the help with the Benetton cars. This is my favourite full season mod I've played on GP4 in the whole 20+ years. Superbby senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 4

Just wanted to stop by and say thank you so much for this Mod! It's unbelievable, so detailed it feels like 1989 all over again!! I did notice that both Benetton cars are #19 in the game. Instead of number 19 and 20. You can see this at 1:20 in the gameplay video posted by Prblanco a couple of posts above. Don't know if it's something that I need to change in CSM etc? 12 years since you originally posted these but I'm still enjoying playing the 1984 season tonight (9th Oct 2022!) The longevity of GP3/GP3 2k is unreal Thank you!by senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 3
Hi all, Would anyone have a copy of the Menu Art Converter (GP3 to GP3 2000) by Roberto Scandura? I'm looking to convert some team menu art into GP3 2000 but I see the homepage of Roberto is offline unfortunately. Any working links appreciated Thanksby senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 3
I was in a similar situation to you. Do yourself the biggest favour and install a Windows XP O/S on a partition on whatever device you're currently using. Then use that beautiful hardware mode without messing about with dgvoodoo2, Dxwnd and all that hassle!by senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 3
As a (very) infrequent visitor to the forums these days due to family / work committments I was amazed to read this post! Still mods and great discoveries for this game made by clever people, all these years later! Would anyone be able to upload a video showcasing this tweak in action to see what it looks like in game? Hi all, Looking for the F1 layout of Adelaide from the 80s / 90s but not having much luck using the database spreadsheet unfortunately. Getting a crash to desktop with a version I have found on there. Wondered if anyone could kindly share a link to the version you're using, without it being part of a trackpack. Any help appreciated! Found it with the help of that extraction tool, thanks Carl. "PP_FUEL_PROBLEM_wav" (slot 1) inside the PitProblem_eng.bnk was exactly what I had heard! Personally I didn't notice any refuel issues from what I could tell... Maybe it was a long stop and my crew had issues with the refuelling. And I also found my other sound event in radio_eng.bnk file! This game surprisedby senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 4

Thanks for your reply Carl and explaining that, I didn't know that! That's cool. You seem knowledgeable on the subject, would you know exactly what event triggered the 2x sounds I heard? I don't know if you know further details on the sounds but maybe if the "Stay Out" is only triggered at the end of an "in" lap, or if something happened during my stop to triby senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 4
Sorry for slow reply to my original post guys, work has been keeping me busy. I am going to check this tonight as I'd like to know if these were sounds within the game or a mod. I don't believe they were from a mod! I will check my soundset.ini in GPxPatch and try and trace back where these audio clips came from. A GPx Sound event is the only thing it could be from! Driven countless races on GP4 but just completed a 100% for the first time in probably a year. During the race, I was requested to pit for my 1st stop as standard, when suddenly the call came over the radio to "Stay Out, Stay Out"!! Turns out my teammate had broken their front wing and their need to pit was prioritised over mine. I believe this is the first time I have ever heardby senna_fan_1983 - Grand Prix 4
