Grand Prix 3 Great that this is back!!! This one is by far the hardest one to predict ever and usually I'd wait until after Free Practice 3, but that would mean I'd have to get uo even earlier tomorrow... so here's my wild guess:
TOP 8:
1. JB
2. JT
3. KR
4. NR
5. KN
6. MW
7. FA

Grand Prix 3 Hi everybody, is it possible the downloads are not working?
Has anyone got the Hockenheim 2006 track by Masterboy? Wanted to download it, but as said it didn't work.

Grand Prix 3 There's several possible solutions to your problem. 1st of all, make sure car power team dependent is ticked. Second, in the perf file, the best CC usually has a grip value of around 16300 I guess. I have sometimes increased that up to 16550 or so to make it harder, of course you have to increase all other CCs accordingly.
Those are the simple and quick ideas. Installing the Belini grip p

Grand Prix 3 Sorry guys, but I just don't have the time to do any more helmets... I'll post those few I made here shortly.

Grand Prix 3 As usually, great work. I've finished Gachnang and Bortolotti helmets.

Grand Prix 3 @ Brett Sinclair: There are no teams in general in Formula 2 - so each livery is used by only one driver, and so there would be no point at all in having two different numbers on the same livery. Also, as numbers add to realism, I'd say jyce has done just the right thing.
On another note: How long does it take you to paint a car like that? Man, I'm trying really hard to keep up with

Grand Prix 3 Okay then, as the rest of the project seems to go on, I'll better get back to work on them helmets...

Grand Prix 3 Quite difficult to find decent pictures of the drivers' helmets. I made a Wickens helmet some time ago plus I have just finished Henry Surtees' helmet today, although there was a bit of guessing involved as I couldn't find a picture from the left side of the helmet. Anyway, I'll do a few more during the next days.

Grand Prix 3 Yes with the cars it's better to wait indeed. As for the helmets, I don't think they will change too much. Anyway, I will start making only very basic designs at first and add sponsors to that as soon as the season has started.

Grand Prix 3 Do you guys happen to know whether there is any chance of watching the games on the net? Here in Germany, Rugby isn't overly popular so them f***ers at TV station DSF, who announced last year they would be showing 6 nations, decided not to - meaning we have no chance to watch.

Other Sports In a week's time or so, I can start working on some helmets if that is wanted.

Grand Prix 3 The league has ended I think. Read on the league forum, I don't know exactly which thread.

Yep you were "Mr. Sprint", I remember that one I think I won only one sprint, Indy in season 7. And that was due to "strategy" (i.e. slipstreaming) rather than driving ability lol.

Grand Prix 3 Plus the fact they only talk about having a front-running car, but without any opportunity to test they can't back that up.

F1 Is that a good ole Westhaus car you're driving there, Math? Oh god how I miss those times... it was a great league and Westhaus rocked. Though I can't remember driving at Corsica - must have missed out in that one.

Grand Prix 3 So true. Good to see I'm not the only one who massively disliked the 2008 cars.

I get it too - at the same point. Loaded a .per file and when I continue to investigate for free seats, the program shows a "run-time error" and crashes.

Grand Prix 3 As to the question of McLaren not using their new car in Portugal: I read somewhere that they use kind of an interim car, e.g. with the old rear wing, to give the car more grip and avoid crashing out in this crucial period of testing, which is a danger because of the weather. Don't know if that is true, though, but that's what I read on motorsport-total.com (german).

Disagree 100% - apart from the over-sized front wing, which I admit is really ugly, the 2009 cars are so much better looking than the old ones, simply because all those stupid winglets and boards on the sid

F1 Is the Williams already in its real livery? I know that in the past they used to present the car in a test livery and announced their real livery at a later date.
