Nurburgring 2007 levels of crazy on that corner... but of course, I had to slam the wall hard enough.
So I guess I'm having 2018 Daniel Ricciardo levels of luck this season.

Grand Prix 4 After that atrocious qualy, being out of trouble and having a quiet race amidst the chaos is all I hoped for. Not happy, but could've been worse.

Grand Prix 4 Don't think I've ever felt this disappointed with a race before. Zero pace. We'll need to investigate this one, hopefully it's a one off.

Grand Prix 4 Ooh I'll take it thank you very much. I'll take a good result in the race as well, if you would.

Grand Prix 4 Guys, friendly reminder that the clock is now ticking for our first Activity Check, due at the end of next round. Start posting! Remember that it doesn't have to be long, but it should be relevant or related to the series.
On a side note, my PC has died unexpectedly. So if I can't resurrect it by the time the check is due, I'll need someone else to do it since I only have my pho

Grand Prix 4 I just hope this is not the start of a Daniel Ricciardo 2018 kind of season. Next race the cards will start to reveal themselves.

(Still very happy that we're off once again!)

Grand Prix 4 Ruben, you jest, but that was legitmately one of the best retro-looking liveries I've seen. Especially the neat touch of the drivers' names in Porsche font, the white-logo Goodyears, Warsteiner gold, all around goodness.
As for me, since it doesn't look like I'll be updating my helmet for now, I'll just post some reminders of how it looks like

Grand Prix 4 Massive congrats to Marcus, first champion in the GPGSL championship for GP3 and GP4 I believe? Either way, great job this year, same to Greg and Tyrant, top job.
We need to regroup and mount a new charge, we lost so much momentum compared to the start of the season. I'm pleased with my 5th in the standings, that's for sure, and it gives me hope that the basis for success is there.

Grand Prix 4 Carlos: Elects to boost in Silverstone instead of Emmeloord because of less chance of rain.

Grand Prix 4 And the post above brings me to the idea I had, a sort of leniency period for some drivers like Majumdar or Russell that barely missed the cut and still posted their comments about the race. That can be discussed later, and whether that is going to be applied here, I'll leave it to the senior members of the board. I admit I bluntly applied the rules as they were agreed a couple of seasons ag

Grand Prix 4 Apologies for the delay on the activity check, work and uni have been heavy this week in particular. Should be done over the weekend and the time windows will be respected as usual.
Also, welcome Ryouichi!

Grand Prix 4 Unspectacular, and dissapointing to not profit on the boost. I just want to get the season over with and start fresh. The pace is there, we just need consistency.

Heavy testing may be needed but I like the idea. However I foresee trouble when someone inevitably tangles into the narrow sec

Grand Prix 4 Just caught up. Tobi, you're the germanest guy ever, angry and just getting the job done, kudos mate.
A shame about the awful run between Germany and China, else we might have just finished a bit higher. Parabens Brasil!
Thanks for the run guys, it has been great!

Grand Prix 4 Lots of catching up to do - both in the championship and the thread! The race was pretty regular, having not taken part in the boostfest, this result wasn't that bad.

Grand Prix 4 Fun note: I got a new job a few weeks back (yay!) and I've been taught some Excel, so I'm experimenting ways to automatize the activity check, or at least make it easier. One of the road blocks so far is that the website's search engine has a bit of trouble picking up posts made by people whose username has a space on it.
So, um... sorry Marcus, I'm gonna need you to creat

Grand Prix 4 Can't be mad at all with that podium! Thought the boost was going to go to waste with the rain but thankfully it cleared out. Looking forward to Monza, a track that brought me success many times in the past.
Also, the RD missed the chance of saying the drops on the camera were due to a broken lens cleaner
