I have a tip for you. You might want to try and look in the utilities section. There is a little program that can emulate hardware support in gp3 for graphic cards that only work in software mode. I have not tried it, so there are no garanties, but I think it is worth a try. Look for "Hardware Mode Emulatation", in the "Misc" section of the downloads.by Morbid - Grand Prix 3

Yo Habi and Alex! Where do you play CS? I consider myself a "somewhat skilled" player, and if the server you use is relatively free from cheaters, teamkillers and trolls, I would like to join in on a round of mayhem... I might even get a kill or two on one of you guysby Morbid - Grand Prix 3

I am not quite sure what you want. Is it the Quick Launch bar, or the Quick Launch (show desktop) command on the Quick Launch bar? As far as I know the Quick Launch bar is not a file, but an explorer command called "Quick Launch". IE knows that if shortcuts are placed in a specific folder, they are supposed to be on the quick launch bar on your desktop. The shortcut is as follows: &quby Morbid - Grand Prix 3
Ralf "Turn1minator" Schumacher is a Burti wannabee!by Morbid - Grand Prix 3
A lot! But the dear Ralf, as opposed to me, cannot just hit "Esc". Shame on him . Oh well, maybe he will go down in F1 history as the driver that took out the most cars in the first corner, LoL!by Morbid - Grand Prix 3
I am sure that you will do just fine. Ask Infogrames! I am sure that they will tell you in every way imaginable, that the PO in GP4 should be just around 90-110% on that system.by Morbid - Grand Prix 3
I have the same wheel. The problem is that you have NOT installed the sidewinder software that comes with the wheel, hence the software that is used to configure the wheel, is not there when you look for it. Have a look at the CD that came with the wheel when you bought it, and I am sure that everthing will work out fine.by Morbid - Grand Prix 3
I just realized that the discussion on this board might be off a carset for the original GP3. Sorry dude. I also forgot to give you the link to Emac 2002 addon page. It is:by Morbid - Grand Prix 3

Most people that have this problem claim that reducing the number of sound channels restores the PO to a normal level. 1) Carset creator, or Emacs auto-installing carsets. 2) Yes. Emac has one, and there is a private discussion of a set on this board. See 3) Probably not. But Gp3-2000 is better in almost every aspect. Personally I can say that I have not use the original gp3 since I bought the addon. There are only two really annoying bugs. The available suspension travel telemetry is screwed, and some out ofby Morbid - Grand Prix 3
Yes, that must be something special. Maybe I will close to that in a couple of years, since PS2 F3000 have just signed a danish driver. Of course, I dont think that the "Jyllandsring" will ever host an F1 event...by Morbid - Grand Prix 3
Why thank you Jason Crouch. Glad that I could help. Yes. I believe that if you enable GpxTrack in the main tab of Gpxpatch, and enable on the the "catch menu strings" under the "GpxTrack" tab, the track names should be correct. If they are still not correct, then extract "magic data" from the tracks using the "cmagic2000" editor by Marc Aarts and reinserby Morbid - Grand Prix 3
No. For a new carshape for each team, you would need a new code structure in GP3 itself, not a new editor.by Morbid - Grand Prix 3

Yeah, but my cable-tv provider nuked the supply of RTL. There is no way for me to watch the practice and qual sessions, unless I go see Ben Dover Ordie. And he wants to do nasty things with (and to) me. So for me the season starts on Raceday. So its 5 and 1/2 hours of Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and 4 hours of Sunday, and the red lights go green. Thats five days in my book.by Morbid - Grand Prix 3
I have to watch it between 4.00 am and 6.00 am. Talk about strange hours... To late to go to sleep and to early to get up!by Morbid - Grand Prix 3

I guess you were using the "Calchi Final carshape 2000". I still have the Zip file if you need it. But you can also transfer the old carshape and camera settings from GP3 to GP3 2000 with the carshape editor. Just use a version no earlier than 3.7 and follow the instructions below. Load the carshape and camera angles from gp3. Then export/save it to CTF format. Restart the carshape ediby Morbid - Grand Prix 3
You bring the rødgrød med fløde, and I will bring the Käseknödel. Then we just need a third person to bring some beer. Afterwards we can go lick the back of tropical toxic frogs from Micronesia. (Psst! Vader! Maybe we should retreat to THE-2ND-OFFICIAL-INSANITY-THREAD...)by Morbid - Grand Prix 3
No shoe, no sock, make my laptime rock! But I still sit in the traditional upright position. I have not found a way to get a good position for the base plate, if I go horizontal. Any ideas?by Morbid - Grand Prix 3

Yes! "Throat Choking!" still comes to visit me once in a while, when I read your posts m8. Argh, here he comes now! Man I was fast on the track back then. The appalling thing is, that I am driving so rarely in GP3 these days, that me laptimes are comparable to A Yoong Min... I hope that you are doing better than me!by Morbid - Grand Prix 3
I will try once again: for the good old days, when olour was something you drank, the dark side ruled supreme, and time was something spent in abundance on the forum like there was no tommorrow! (and when I did not have to use html-codes to express myself)by Morbid - Grand Prix 3
