I too have visited the netherworlds, thanks to some of your extremely dark cherubs I discovered the sadistic joy of body-piercing. As for the icy cold beer, it was delicious and my favourite is DAB <Dortmunder Actien Brewerie> or something like that anyway, I know I drank far too much of it which has of course played havoc with my recollection of events there. Its a good idea to set the ability range to around 10-15 as well as raising performance and bhp levels. You can also edit the cc and track grip values by modifying the magic data. Use the cmagic editor and notepad. Set car power to team dependant in gp3edit as well. Use the physics editor to alter the performance of the car, some changes also affect the cc Everything you need is on this site, diby mortal - Grand Prix 3

The background music can be manually changed. backup the sound files in the sound dir first. Then rename the filename extensions from 16 to wav. I think from memory the wav format is 16bit 22050mhz stereo but it's not too hard to work it out Rip your cd track to mp3 then convert it to wav format at the correct bitrate. After you have succesfully converted your track to the correct wav formby mortal - Grand Prix 3

1. run this question on the SDI gpx-patch forum, a link to the SDI homepage is in your gpx_patch help files. 2.Backup the exe before you insert any new data, most functions of gpx_patch do not work in s/w mode, no timing screens etc etc, the error message is likey caused by the corrupted exe. set gpx_patch to run in debug mode, set logs to high and view the log on the forced exit. 1) Post the picture/animated gif to your freespace account eg: www.network54.com and set a link to it in your profile. It's been generally agreed to keep sig pics about 10k 2)Any decent graphics editing program will do, even mspaint can be used. look in misc downloads on this site, but you would be better off if you got yourself a good 3d card with onboard ram, around a 100 bucks will get you a good one , then you can play all the 3d supported games.by mortal - Grand Prix 3

none of the timing screens are supported in software mode. gpx_patch can still support track loading, tyre choice bmps, soundsets etc, hence it's inclusion in the software section A 3d card with h/w support is dirt cheap these days, do yourself a favour, rush out and get one now.by mortal - Grand Prix 3
it's suspect it is not the shape, the path to the correct jams to display the liveries has not been set properly with gx_patch. make sure that the correct set file is in useby mortal - Grand Prix 3
a *.cs3 is a carshape file. Load this file with the Car Editor. If you do not have a cs3 file download one if it was not included with the downloaded carset. There is a carshape for virtually every car and for most seasons as well. Once you are in posession of the correct cs3 file for the season and carshape you wish to use open the CE and first import the current shape from the exe. Close the neby mortal - Grand Prix 3

gpx_patch has a logging function, turn on all logging in the debug section and set assertions to high. When your system causes a game exit check the log files for the cause of the error. If you do not understand the contents of the log file post the data to the gpx-patch forum, a link to the gpx_patch home page is in the gpx_patch help files. Good luckby mortal - Grand Prix 3

As far as I know they didn't, and you don't really need the magicdata to change track order with gpx_patch, just edit the track set file. I can't remember who discovered the magicdata but I doubt it was the gc team. It sure changed things when we got it. Most of the updated tracks either have it already installed or the data file is included so you can either install it or not. I fby mortal - Grand Prix 3
Chris have you applied the "more blood" patch, btw isn't it an awesome game. Such fun to come home from work and blast the crap out of anything that moves And do you know if anyone has made new skins for the bots? A "raghead" patch would be good fun. What an excellent quote Vader I'll pay that one! I reckon Paul Stoddard would be very happy with the FIA decision, if Phoenix got the go-ahead each team would then be devalued by around US30 million. Phoenix' attempt to get on the grid without paying the required 45 million bond-entry is outrageous and unfair to the other teams. They will have to pay-up if they wish to enter the 2003 seby mortal - Grand Prix 3
