The next update will be the final one, after the Yas Marina test day. Stay tuned!by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
Austin and Mexico now available!by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
AUS_Doug is right, but it is not only the magic data. Most important in my view is that the physics file and the power torque curve are based on a fixed bhp value. So, if you give some teams different power figures you end up with inaccurate data for those teams. That's the reason why in my performance files all teams have the same bhp value witch is the value used in the physics file.by gitanes - Grand Prix 4

Sochi update available. @RHill: Try this one and let me know (direct link valid to the next update: PerformanceF1-2015 up to Sochi.rar)by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
Sorry, i can't reproduce it, it downloads as usual. Have you tried to get the file over an older direct-link or through my signature-link? (current performance files change constantly their names to reflect the actual stand, so an older direct-link will not work after an update) Anyway, the next update (Sochi) will be available in the next days!by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
Short info: updated up to Suzuka (Rossi included, btw. who has a Rossi 2015 Helmet for Arai shape?) Happy racing!by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
i guess you are allready aware of it, but i should mention it anyway: F1fanatic has a series of articles about libery and sponsor changes during the season, to be found HERE I suppose this is of help for everybody making track specific liveries for these excellent cars!by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
I don't have this mode installed, so i can't be sure how they handle this, but usually the values in the Tweaker/gp4tweak_data/ are just the default values. Track-specific values are found in Data\Files\Merge\ . They are merged into the default files over Merge.ini entries of the type: Files\Merge\%tweak%\%res%\onboardcamera.ini,gp4tweak_data\onboardcamera.ini Files\Merge\%tweak%\%by gitanes - Grand Prix 4

@RHill I really don't know what was went wrong, i re-uploaded it and it works now.by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
After changing the GPU, have you re-calibrated graphics? Perhaps GP4 is still thinking there is the old card? What card is mentioned in "gconfig.txt"?by gitanes - Grand Prix 4

To be exact, you can't export a whole season, if it has more than 17 tracks. You can export a track profile though (i.e. 2014a and 2014b). To do that you proceed as follow: 1. launch TSM directly (NOT through CSM!) 2. on the middle panelby gitanes - Grand Prix 4

So, the pole sitter gets a value of 1625by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
in a race, if you lower your bhp to 800 (for example) you will be underpowered and should not be able to keep up with the ai. the opposite (rising your bhp to f.e. 900) is not necessarily true because of the rev limit (in physics and torque). the behavior you describe in your post looks to me as if the ai is having a differentiation over the perf file, but the player car goes just over the phby gitanes - Grand Prix 4
All three components of performance (torque - physics - perf files) are based on the same 855 bhp. Normally, when you play in Normal-Mode and have checked "car power team dependent" in GPxSet tab of GPxPatch, you get the variation over the perf values in the performance file, so you should'nt get the same laptimes for different teams! But then, I actually don't know, howby gitanes - Grand Prix 4
Unfortunatelly no. It just means that the selected drivers helmshape will be used for all the drivers. At least, you have the selected driver wearing the correct helmet!!by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
Some things you could check are: 1. do NOT install in c:\program files (x86), use a completely separate directory, like c:\gp4 2. check OWNERSHIP of installation directory (you must have full access rights!) 3. check that you have set, besides compatibility to XP SP3, also "run as administrator" checked for both GP4.exe and gpxpatch. Black screens are usually graphic card related.by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
Wow !! Great !! A great track coming to GP4!!by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
Why would i mind that, since you ask so nicely ?? Of course not, go ahead!by gitanes - Grand Prix 4
There should be a balance between power-torque-curve, physics and performance files and i think you have disrupted it. You say, you are using standard GP4 with phantaman's 2015 physics and (probably) my 2013 performance files, that means you are using: a build-in power-torque-curve with a peak of ~855 bhp at 16500 rpm a physics file with also 855 bhp but at ~15000 rpm a performance fby gitanes - Grand Prix 4
