as they come out of copse and down to the becketts complex they go over the white pit lane line. will that cause issues with cars exiting the pits in race?by rapid_f1 - F1

LS i thought you said you didnt have a problem with your iphone why did you get bumpers (not critising just asking)? it doesnt really explain why in some demos ive seen the 3 works fine in any way you hold it but the 4 (stood in exact same position) cuts off when held in the left hand? and they been selling bumpers and now say its a software fault?by rapid_f1 - Off-Topic
you've just tipped the balance in favour of those who dont have problems! i cant beleive this phone will have gone through testing and this not be picked up (whatever this is). there must be some other factor that is casuing these issues that people are experiencing. I myself have got a nokia n95 and have had it about 3 years and i think its time for an update. never had an iphone but useby rapid_f1 - Off-Topic
If there is a genuine fault in the engineering of the iphone 4 (alot of people on forums have said they have no issues but then equally as much have said they do have issues) then what I can see happening is Apple releasing the next gen iphone 4 (GS or whatever they call it) which fixes the problem and the fanboys will no doubt jump on that and buy it. Apple makes money twice. Only a court can foby rapid_f1 - Off-Topic
very interesting article by liuzzi (one of the people penalised) he says 5s penalty is ridiculous it should be 20s. he says when safety car light came on on his sterring wheel, he backed off but cars ahead of him were still bombinh it so he went fast again to catch up with them. "I also think that Valencia showed the downside to the current safety car rules. Hamilton appeared to gby rapid_f1 - F1
yes i noticed that he was bombing it. it strange to think how ferrari used to get biased calls in the past considering how anti ferrari max appears to be.by rapid_f1 - F1
agreed on that point...this is the worst race on the calendar for me. horrendous. no character. bland. proper street track its not.by rapid_f1 - F1
ipswich2007 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- When alonso jump started i was the > first in my house to say he should get a penalty > for that to be fair even montezemolo must have been screaming alonso needs a penalty for that - it was blatant.by rapid_f1 - F1

lewis drove another blindly great race. he broke the rules and got punished...dont see the problem myself? what was the fia meant to do? "Lewis you went ahead of the safety car and fenando stayed behind, instead of the drive thru we were going to give, stop on the race track till alonso gets jsut ahead of you and then you can start racing again." f1 would certainly be duller withoby rapid_f1 - F1
i think ms was on for a good result, he was in 3rd when he pitted. because of the red light he fell to the back....come on england...in 2014!by rapid_f1 - F1
poor poor ferrari. they never can think quickly on their feet. why did ms have to stop at the end of pitlane - was it because the filed was streaming past at the time? and will he actually go through a race this year without making a gazillion pitstops. fair play to mclaren and lewis,, they explited the rules - knowingly or unknowingly. tough.by rapid_f1 - F1
hi ive tried those suggestions and the problem still occurs.by rapid_f1 - Grand Prix 4
what gets me about football - why dont players wear something/have a system that protects their ankle and shins fully and arent exposed so any hit there wouldn't matter? if it was f1 there would be fducts and adjustable ride height socks and everything lol?by rapid_f1 - Other Sports
Hi I am running gp4 in windows 7 and every time I start gp4 it asks if I want to configure the sound, I click yes, and it asks me again next time also. Anyone had this? Also when I am driving in trackside camera mode, I hear like a drilling sound in the background, anyone had the same?by rapid_f1 - Grand Prix 4
to be having the problems hes had (whether of his own making or not) and still be where he is in the table is very good.by rapid_f1 - F1
in the pre season show brundle and dc said ms racecraft would be rusty. legard disagreed and brundle and dc were right. one pre question has been solved, how will ms feel racing ferraris? yes, punt them off the road! alonso is driving as well as I have seen him, in not the fastest car.by rapid_f1 - F1
not directly to this but Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has questioned whether Formula 1 races need to take place on Sunday afternoons, and whether they are too long. "Do we need to race at two in the afternoon when everyone is at the sea?" he said. "Could we have two races per meeting? Do races need to last so long?" interesting point he makes i think.by rapid_f1 - F1
how come some cars are open cockpit and others enclosed?by rapid_f1 - Other Motorsports
why did buttin not hug the inside when going to turn 1 surely he knew lewis would come up in the inside he always does, lewis is driving superb at the moment and imo is the most deserving to become chanphion at this stage, and it irritates me when people say thees no fun excitement in f1 and when there is close acing people say shouldnt you tell them not to race each other.by rapid_f1 - F1
does anyone know the tyre positions for the ferrari? mine are all over the place.by rapid_f1 - Grand Prix 4
I tell ya one thing thats beginning to grate on me slightly is lewis before nearly every gp saying were gonna/ready to take the fight to the cars at the front. thats his and mclarens job - do you have to repeat it every time? i dont hear alonso constantly saying this?by rapid_f1 - F1
I just wonder about the redbull, if they are about 1s clear of everyone and we know the technical expertise of ferrari, mclaren, mercedes, do people think redbull are bending the rules ever so slightly or have some amazing thing that nobody knows about, like flexi somethingorother. and if they have ludicrous amounts of downforce according to lewis, they should eat people in turn 8 in turkey? dby rapid_f1 - F1
one thing im not understanding although I haven't read the whole thread is did the race finish under safety car conditions? If so why didn't the safety take the cars to the start finish line? Why did it peel into the pits?by rapid_f1 - F1

there have been a few stars so far this season but i think alonso is just doing a fantastic effort. drive thry today yet hes finished only a couple of secs from podium. malaysia probs from start yet he still was hustling button till the end and kept us easily with massa. i do think the ferrari is 2nd fastest car - its only bahrain where theyve been able to show itby rapid_f1 - F1

i think something that becoming abit clearer is that mclaren aerodynamically do not have a great car - the f duct is worth about 0.4 to 0.5 s a lap. Take that amount away from their times and where would they be?by rapid_f1 - F1
all this talk of mclaren f duct but lewis couldnt get sutil in the last race - hes too fast down the straight or something.by rapid_f1 - F1
