not sure what book(s) i read this from but here is what i remember reading regarding the monaco incident: racing drivers have to be in full concentration, there is no time to let up or the car will get away from you prost and senna went flat out early part of the race, were told to chill out but senna was ahead by a wide margain and prost couldnt find the same pace ... then i think prost trby renyf1 - F1

yeah i went to dragon racing and registered and got Karan's 2005 mod ... just so much simpler or Tony's update but its a more involved process because there are frequent updates and such either way u cant go wrong reallyby renyf1 - Grand Prix 4
been playing around with this cockpit around Suzuka and totally love it -the high cockpit sides seem so much more realistic than any other cockpit design i've seen -the cockpit height also seems higher which seems more realistic i've read articles and have made F1 models and u have to wonder, how do they even see in front of the car? check out some frontal pics during the race,by renyf1 - Grand Prix 4

This may sound like a dumb question but what editors are people using to change the .tex files within the various .wad files ? I tried to use Acdsee7 and also Paintshop 9, both dont recognize the file format. Are those programs too old? Am I missing something? JPM is a good driver, this we already know.....he can win....he lasts the entire race...so why the weight issue? remember Ron Dennis's pledge was we'll make u better if u came to McLaren losing 15lbs is going to be huge....think of how much he would benefit over a lap (as MBenz doesn't have the strongest engine)...I know that was a weak point but in F1 its all about maxing evby renyf1 - F1

i think for sure.....he should be considered for a test if he's real serious.....he should pay for test....since he wasn't really considered, put ur money where ur mouth is....let williams know how serious he is for a test in their car he's got the 2 championships under his belt, has done lemans....so he has lots of experience also young talent is always good for the sportby renyf1 - F1
even if they give Panis the last car he drove in F1, i doubt he'll be able to fire it up when he 'feels' like driving, it would take a room full of engineers to jsut start the thing.....plus they most probably also didn't leave the engine in thereby renyf1 - F1

yeah only Hotwheels/Mattle makes the current Ferrari F1 models....another reason we need a non-Ferrari to win the championship next year if ur only gonna collect 1 or 2 here's how its gonna break down (provided u go 1/18th) Exoto = amazing detail but they dont' produce current cars.....good classics from the 60s, 70s and the 90 Ferrari was their last 'current' car....buby renyf1 - Off-Topic

anything to bring back more mechanical grip is gonna help the sport i would like the idea of a control tyre....maybe the tire companies can only bring out like 3 or 4 tires designs per year and either offer a soft and hard compound if ur gonna limit test track time, then maybe also limit wind tunnel testing also ? can't really limit team spending as they get that from sponsors on thby renyf1 - F1

I don't think Senna would of gone in 91 but after the season he sure knew future titles would be hard with the mighty Honda engine and okay McLaren chassis....williams suffered lots of dnf's that year and it wen to suzuka to finally decide the title...i remember even after senna took the first 4 races, he was warning honda and mclaren of the williams-renualt threat....the media thoughtby renyf1 - F1
i justed watched a replay of the accident...crazy stuff worried with flying cars and it being an open cockpit racing series ! they 'tweaked' the specs due to all the flying cars last year as for the drivers, most were the backmarkers of the CART until recently when CARTs best went over due to sponsorship money....still dicing with the old backmarkers is dangerous in an all ovaby renyf1 - Off-Topic
