Grand Prix 3 Hi. If you want to have a complete lap after the end of the race, the simpliest way is to modify the "race over duration" parameter via GpxPatch: now i'm not at home, i don't remember which file exactly (is a txt configuration file of GpxPatch), but if you read the help file of GpxPatch, you'll find the item.
Anyway, when i come back home, i look at it and give you more

Grand Prix 3 Hi. It seems you don't have the bitmap files of the sky on your PC: so check them into the Gp3 techjams folder (GP3jamsH\techjams, if i remember well).
If you don't find them, copy them from the installation CD: this should solve the problem.
Anyway, let me know.

Grand Prix 3 Guys, many of the tracks you'd like to see already exist: just look in the old downoald section of this site (there are also many ovals).
For those who don't know who he is, or what he has done, please have a tour on Roberto Scandura's site: you'll find many south american tracks (Curitiba, Brazilia, Goiania, Guapore, Bahia Blanca, Olavarria...) south african tracks (aldo scr

Hi. What kind of problems could the carset have to make gp3 crash? I mean, what issue (cockpit, performance, car...)?

Grand Prix 3 To Racer#73.
You can set the lap time in this way:
- in the MD file find the voice "timing factor?(dword!)" and set the qualifying lap time in seconds (i mean: for 1m15s250 set 75250);
- step 2: if you note that the time is not accurate, modify the voice "timing factor finetune? (dword!)": a 1000 value is for 1 second. You can use + or - value, to increase or decrease lap t

Grand Prix 3 Usually custom tracks have already the MD inside. But if you want to modify the MD you have to get it from the track (usin CMagic utility, you can download it from this site, old download section Editor/utilities)) open it with notepad, modify it, and then put it into the track again.
If you use original Gp3 tracks, remember the MD is not in the dat, but in gp3.exe.
Ask for more if you need.

Grand Prix 3 Hi.
Wherever you like. Ther's not a specific folder: you can put the MD files where you want (for example, i take them in the circuits folder): the important thing is that you must put the MD file into the track (the *.dat file) otherwise the track doesn't have the specifics of the MD (setup, fuel load, air resistance...).

Grand Prix 3 Hi people.
Does enyone know if it is possible to assign function of the Gpxpatch (as some menu of gpxLap) to the buttons of the steering wheel via GpXpatch itself or in other way for Gp3 1.13?
Thanks in advance.

Grand Prix 3 Hi poepole. Here you are a MD file for St. Petersburg: i tried to make it fit to the performance of Champcar and IRL (top speed, lap time) and to give it a good bumping (it is a circuit street, after all).
Note: i play GP3 1.13 wiht 800 BHP, best AI 16384 and original physic.
Feel free to customize and distribute it, of course. Hope you like it.

Grand Prix 3 Hi. If the force feedback works in windows (in control panel where you set it) and not in the game, i suppose the problem is some setting in the game.
So i can only say: verify if the setting in the game are correct (in the control setting) or if you have create a particolur profile for Gp3 with Logitech software without the force feedback.
Sorry i can't help you more (i have the same whee

Grand Prix 3 Hi. Magicdata is the file "inside" a track that contains the specifics for the track, some only for AI (as setup, fuel load and consumption, % of errors...) and some for both AI and human player (as air resistance, track grip, track banking and bump...): editing it you can create a very personal track.
You can get it from custom tracks with the utility Cmagic, open and edit it with not

Grand Prix 3 Hi people.
For me, enyone who does enything for Gp3 is a sort of hero.
I like to customize carset, tracks, graphics and so on, and i know it is really hard: so ethernal glory to those guys who make new stuff for Gp3, whatever they do, and without looking at the quality (high or low) of their jobs, but at their will to do something new.

Grand Prix 3 Hi Mortal.
If i have understood well, you use the Gp3.exe 1.13 with original physic file, but you have loaded a carset with Gp3Edit, and you can't reach the revs to change to 6th.
I need more info, please.
1. also the CC can't change to 6th?
2. in every track?
If the answers are YES, the reason could be:
- the BHP of the carset loaded is too low related to the gear ratio in the MD

Grand Prix 3 Thanks guys.
Anyway, i use the original gp3 physic file (800 bhp).
I was wandering if it could be a problem related to how the cc approace the 1st corner, and i'm trying to solve with the track command car coaching rigth/left.
But i notice that it reduces if i do this: at the start, wait in neutral gear, and only when all the lights are off insert 1st gear and go.

Grand Prix 3 Hi guys.
I noticed that in a few tracks (Fontana, Long Beach) tha CC cars are very slow at the start of the race, and i can overtake them easly (if i start 12th i can get the 1st position before the first corner...): in Long Beach, therefore, the cc cars are very slow in the main straight and i overtake them very easily. The strange is that the top speed (about 180 mph) is the same for me and fo
