Quote@Erik: What laptimes are you doing at Hockenheim? I played with keys and that was not my best idea So no competitive laptimes for me...by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
Here's two renders I recently made:by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
Great news Tony. The beta is already very good, especially with the DTM specific tracks.by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
I doubt the 2003 MP will have that tweak. It was released before the team removal tweak was released. I might be wrong...by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
The 2003 mod does not use the tweaker version that removes teams from the grid...by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
Nice to see the track is still under development!by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
I see now, hehe. Well, perhaps someone else found my tips usefulby _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
Which version did you install? CSM or Standalone? You have a problem with the GPaedia, swap your current with the original.by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
The way I use is to find out which materialID is used for the damage model. Select that ID and delete the ones you don't need. Afterward, use Vertex Weld to smoothen your model. Raul, you may have to manually put the extra zero's in. => type 0.001.by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
I'm glad you all like the design! Maybe there should be two versions available. One with the usernames and one without. Of course that's up to the mods and Lloyd.by _Erix_ - Off-Topic
Nice renders Raul! The car is a bit too fat though...by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
Thanks for all the nice comments! You all sure know how to keep me motivated. I hope I can live up to the expectations.by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
I decided to put more time into one of my most prestigious, and most asked about, projects so far: Phoenix 1991. Work still continues. A lot of buildings are still boxes that need to be carved and painted. After finishing the buildings I will have to work on the roadside stuff like lights, trees and traffic lights, and of course the trackside stuff like bridges, pitbuilding, adverts, marshalsby _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
Change the cars.wad, like it said in the error message.by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4

That's not an issue, that's part of the mod Double click on the mod's name and go to Data\tweaker\ and open gp4tweak.ini iby _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
Have you installed the PLUS trackpack? That is the base trackpack upon which the 1991 trackpack works. It's all in the readme and in the documentation.by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
What a great car! Again a masterpiece, thank you.by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
Barcelona 1991 is released! You can find a copy waiting for you at gp4db.com. I updated the graphical part & physical track. Campsa corner is wide again and the Nissan chicane is added, there's also a new pitlane entry. I had a couple of extra hands helping me out: The New Mr: magic data & performance Greg Alexander: trackcamera's & pitcrew, pitbox and pitstand tby _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
@simcut Install PLUS trackpack from gp4db.com. Or select another trackprofile.by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
The actual problem is that you don't have the PLUS trackpack installed. Is that true?by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
Fantastic news! It's a great mod guys, and it will be available as an update and a CSM mod.by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
The updated Barcelona track is currently in the waiting room. Phoenix is still under construction and another track is being updated. Lots of fun to come in the next months! None of the other cars will be made. Besides Larrousse they were not competitive anyway... We respected GP4's limitation to 11 teams. We made that decision back in '03, when CSM was just a rumourby _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
At 3 I'd like to add: select an object nearby and copy it's flag and unk values.by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
You can safely remove both. Once you start up GP4, it will automatically create a new one for you.by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
Well, it started up with the basic Windows graphics drivers so I installed the new ones and uninstalled the ones I had. Worked like a charm. Maybe I got away with it the four times I did it like thisby _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
I have installed a new graphics card last month. A reinstall isn't neccesary at all. Just delete the f1graphics.cfg in the gp4 folder. When you start GP4 it will ask you to calibrate the graphics. Click OK and afterwards you can adjust them the way you like them. I didn't format my hard drives as well. Just hooked up the card, booted the pc, installed the new drivers and deleting theby _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
Open gp4tweak.ini and search for this string: AmbientPos = 0 ; set to 1 to enable rear light ambient position tweak Set it to 1 and open rearlight.ini from the gp4tweak_data folder to edit the positionsby _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
The Reloaded version works with ini's so it's a bit easier to enable and disable certain tweaks.by _Erix_ - Grand Prix 4
