Ah yes, Avast seems to be finding malware absolutely everywhere and blocking almost everything. It’s partially fixed it.. but it doesn’t seem to recalling any mods that I thought I had. I’ll leave it alone before I break things further... go have an ice creamby J i m - Grand Prix 4
Hi Guys, It's been a whiles since I opened anything to do with GP4. My CSM seems to have disappeared. I've tried finding a download and think I found it here, but the exe will not execute. Does anyone have a working copy they could share or any suggestions for a fix? Thanks/by J i m - Grand Prix 4
Well many of the teams are involved in ‘eSports’ I understand and many of the younger drivers are keen gamers, Verstappen and Norris are often team-mates.by J i m - F1
Mercedes What can be said? Played it cool in winter testing and then aced it by taking 1-2 in the first 5 races. They genuinely have very few weaknesses. They didn’t need Ferrari to do their usual Ferrariness but still took full advantage of it anyway. It was nice to see Bottas get back to winning ways but ultimately he was a long way off giving Hamilton anything to worry about. The key poby J i m - F1

He survived so much. I always saw him a one of F1’s indestructibles. He was brutally honest, you could rely on him to say the uncomfortable truths that people didn’t want to hear. A man full of character, a maverick. He will be sorely missed.by J i m - F1
Great, tasting has finished. Ferrari are looking gooood, but I don’t believe that Mercedes are really half a second behind them. I think they’re simply trying to manage the pressure and expectations. I mean six double titles in a row is pretty much unprecedented so they’ve got to fear being toppled. But no, even if Ferrari are the favourite and they are at this stage Merc will still be readyby J i m - F1

I like the Mercedes, Renault, Red Bull, Torro Rosso and Williams. I wasn't sure about the Williams at first, but the relase of the FW42 renders has softned it a bit. The Hass, McLaren and Racing Point are okish I guess but I'm not keen on the Alfa nor the Ferrari. I'm looking forward to the year ahead and it'll be interesting to see what effect if any the areodynamic chaby J i m - F1
Bye bye Sauber. It’s almost like a fake works team now. Indeed... more of a Piccolo Scuderia Ferrari.by J i m - F1
Well it’s all over for another year. I have to say that I think Hamilton deserved it this year and he’s really elevated himself from the top group of drivers in F1 to being the top driver of F1. Its a shame that Bottas slumped again, he did have some very strong performances early on but he ultimately lacked the consistency and simply did not manage to put it altogether. Under pressure next yeby J i m - F1
I think I would have preferred Ocon, but it will be interesting to see how Kubica gets on.by J i m - F1
Just seen the rumours that Gutierrez is in the frame to race for Williams next year. Now, obviously he tends to come with money but he’s just as average if not more so than Stroll & Sirotkin. He failed to score points for Hass even though he had a decently competitive car. I really hope they can find a way to sign Ocon, even if only for one year. We know that he’s quick and he WILL scorby J i m - F1
We certainly can’t rule anything out... but neither can we count on it either.by J i m - F1
Yup.. an exciting choice and a positive step in a good direction. I hope they’re brave enough to give the other seat to a driver for their talent & results instead of their connections to a billionaire too.by J i m - F1
Kyvat confirmed back at STR then... they’ll probably demote him every other race then, setup a win for Maxby J i m - F1
Antonio Giovinazzi confirmed at Sauber alongside Kimi. Ericsson to be reserve/amabassador/mascotby J i m - F1
Apparently George Russell is currently favourite to land the Williams drive which will almost certainly be vacated by Stroll. Meanwhile, Kyvat, Wehlein and Kubica have all been linked to Toro Rosso.by J i m - F1
Yeah... I think it’s great that they’ve finally promoted a driver from their scheme to the F1 team.. but why is Kimi back at Sauber... why not put Gioanazzi in there to develop?by J i m - F1
Arrrrp.. and that’s two driver’s F1 career ruined in one announcement.by J i m - F1
Ok, so Ocon actually had a seat fitting at McLaren but couldn’t fit in as he’s too tall for it. The Stoff will be most relieved. And Stroll has had a seat fitting in the ‘Racing Point’ Force India. Which they say is aimed at adjusting next years car to him. So basically they’ve unofficially confirmed him for 2019... maybe even from Russia this year according to Claire Williams. Oh and rather hby J i m - F1

Gasly confirmed at Red Bull. So... what do we have left? Ferrari A question over whether they retain Kimi or take on Leclerc. I suspect they will retain Kimi. He’s not able to covert his flashes of pace to challenge Vettel but he’s racking up the podiums in a typically traditional Ferrari support structure and I sense that Leclerc with a bigger pool of untapped potential would be to throwby J i m - F1
kedy89 Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Wonder how Williams will hold up without Martini > sponsoring and the Stroll money. Exactly. I mean are they going to go looking for the next vaguely mediocre driver with a huge sponsorship package? Silly season and predicting the next seasons line up is often the most fun part of the year, It seems that Danny Ric and Nando have contrived between themselves to really shake things up. With Sainz now confirmed at McLaren it’s seem a dead cert that Gasly will be promoted. I’m mildly surprised that this was announced as soon as it was... as I thought there could be contract wrangling regardsby J i m - F1
I think the Verstappen effect has a large role in this. Whilst I doubt Dan fears him as a driver it’s clear from last year that Red Bull are going to put their weight more behind Max. Christian even went a far to publicly state that he wanted Max to build the team around himself which isn’t exactly the best way to motivate a driver like Dan to stick around. Dan doesn’t want to be Webber mkII.by J i m - F1
I use NowTv via my apple devices and it airplays well enough. There's a slight delay of a minute or so in the coverage so takes some fiddling to synchronize it with the live timing.by J i m - F1
Those McLaren pitstops are unbelievable. Very unlike McLaren. It wouldn't surprise me if most of those mechanics in the video had never performance a live pit stop before. If it were available to me then yes I'd definitely consider subscribing to the new F1 TV. Just so long as it is done properly and the package included the live timing etc. 100 US dollars equates to approximately 70 GP pounds. Depending on how you choose to perceive that, you can see that as under 6 pounds per month or about 3.33 pounds per grand prix weekend. That's pocket change to beby J i m - F1
