I think they stopped working on the Track Editor before having the chance to include that feature for GP32K or simply decided not to do it because cmagic2000 could take care of it already, avoiding confusion You can trust cmagic2000 on this. If you don't, the easiest way to check (that I can think of) would be searching for the setup inside the .dat file with a Hex editor. For some reaby RRRReméééédiooo - Grand Prix 3

Hey pippozzo, is there any way to use GP3 with DxWnd while starting it with GPxPatch? I tried it without GPxPatch and it indeed runs a bit faster and a lot smoother than with dgVooDoo, but I wasn't able to run it with GPxPatch.by RRRReméééédiooo - Grand Prix 3
I haven't played GP3 since I got a new computer (a very budget one) because it never worked correctly under Windows 10 with my old one. Today I decided to give GP3 2000 a chance and it was bad at first, it would only work in Software mode and the menus got that weird color bug. My computer has integrated graphics (ryzen 3 2200g) so I didn't expect this guide to work but for my surpriby RRRReméééédiooo - Grand Prix 3

I get a message "Direct Draw not installed" when trying to run the game. Probably something related with my crappy Inter HD3000 chipset.by RRRReméééédiooo - Grand Prix 3
Indeed, this was the problem. I installed everything again. Now the official patched worked and GPxPatch is running fine on debug mode.by RRRReméééédiooo - Grand Prix 3
Not me. All files dated from 2000. Could it be that the official patch didn't run on my machine so I just copied the files from an old HD? Try this: Time Factor 1 : 1536 Time Factor 2 : 10240 Time Factor 3 : 1 Threshold? : 256 Click "Export" This should reduce the pit stop time to 3.5s-5sby RRRReméééédiooo - Grand Prix 3
Thanks! About the virus, it is a false alert. I'm gonna do some research to find out if I can fix it.by RRRReméééédiooo - Grand Prix 3
Can you please test the GP3 one too? It works here but I'm still intrigued by Masterboy's patch not working for me. Did it work for everybody else? I checked and the "Threshold?" value used in my patch also exists in GP2 and GP3 2k but it is not required for low pit stop times in those games.by RRRReméééédiooo - Grand Prix 3
I hope you did not test the GP3 patch in your GP2by RRRReméééédiooo - Grand Prix 3

Allows you to change the duration of pit stop and/or remove refuelling. You may need comdig32.ocx to run this program if your system asks for it. Forum topicby RRRReméééédiooo - GP3 Patches

I'll soon be able to upload files. Anyway, I didn't want that file polluting the downloads section. I think I will work on it a bit tomorrow (holidays are for track editing, right?) to fix the width issues and maybe add some basic stuff like track markings and then upload it.by RRRReméééédiooo - Grand Prix 3
I just checked the conversion. Great work! Yeah, the cars use too much kerb in the esses, but I think that's close enough to the ideal line. What I see as real bad is on the following picture. In the red box, the ccs should not stop accelerating when leaving the second corner and in the blue box they are going too wide in the last leg and losing speed. These are bad if you are chasing aby RRRReméééédiooo - Grand Prix 3
So, I found a way to remove refuelling from GP2 and I'm trying to reproduce it in GP3. I started with the 2010 Pit Stop Patch as a base but unfortunately, it wouldn't make big changes the pit duration in my game (the GP32k patch worked fine here). I think I found the solution with the Threshold? factor you will find in this program. What we have here is a mix of the patch created bby RRRReméééédiooo - Grand Prix 3
This is not a high-speed track. In fact, if you take out street circuits, it is the second slowest road track in the country. There is plenty of real racing videos on youtube that shows that. I think the problem is that we already made it very narrow for GP2 because GP2 makes the tracks look tighter than they really are. When you convert it to GP3, the real width shows up and makes it slower tby RRRReméééédiooo - Grand Prix 3
I made the ccline for this track. If I remember correctly, you will need to rework the ccline in the last sector because it is garbageby RRRReméééédiooo - Grand Prix 3
Sorry if I'm crossing the wrong topic. I have a bunch of unfinished GP2 tracks on my hd and for some of them, I lost the hopes of ever completing the job. Let me know if you guys have interest on checking them. Here is a small example. A quick conversion of the layout and ccline for Potrero the Los Funes, Argentina.
