Race On

Hi everyone, havnt been on this site for a few years now but very happy to see it still going well :D

Just wondering if anyone else plays Race On as id like to arrange some races against people who dont want to crash on purpose and act like 10 year olds! I mostly race the touring cars (Apart from the boring diesel Seats) but also very much like the Formula Master cars! Im also tired of racing at Monza over and over again!

Do you have Race 07? How much bandwith do you need anyway to play games like these online? I've never played online before so I really dunno.

Im not sure about the amount of bandwith you need as im not too great with technical stuff! My connection is very slow but I get very little lag, though when it does happen its at the wrong time lol. Race 07 comes included in the game so I can play that as well

Race on is mainly the game of the World Touring car championship but also comes with Swedish touring cars, Formula Master, Mini Challenge, Radicals, Caterhams, 1987 WTCCand American Muscle cars, plus it comes with 47 tracks! Its very good fun to play with great AI that you can actually race wheel to wheel with!

I have the game, but I have such a huge backlog that I haven't played it much, but you can always find players online, in fact I think more people play Race 07 online than Dirt 2, at least according to Steam so you. As for bandwidth well if you want lag free gameplay you need 1 meg or more.

it looks like everytime they release a new game they include the old game /game content too

Yea your spot on mate, you get alot of content so you cant really get bored of it!

Any Priaulx Crowne plaza Raceway is a very small add on with an extra track, which if im honest dosnt add alot to the game.

bought this game other day , not bad at all for 9 quid

just brilliant game really

cars are taking me a while to get used to

was close to awful with a keyboard so loaded my ps3 controller 2 pc there a little easier to drive now :P


might play online tonight try it out

I belive that the GTREvo is the best expansion pack for Race07, GT cars and Nurburgring Nordschleife

The reason a lot of people didn't get Race On is all the content was in previous games. It's all just rehashed from Race, Race 07 etc. So once you've got one, why rebuy it again?
