Playing on Xbox and PC

Hi,

Does anybody know whether you can play games across a network between an Xbox 360 and a PC? Or alternatively, is it possible to play online with someone on a PC when you are using an Xbox?

It is somehow possible with Xbox 360 and a PC, but I dunno more about this. Didnt know even this much before reading about it on Codemasters forum.

Certain games can do it. Shadowrun is one, it was the first with cross compatability. Not sure how many other games there are, but I don't think it ever really took off.

Thanks for that. Hopefully the Windows live thing will take off a bit more, although not sure why people would want to pay for it when they can play other people on PC for free.
