Ooookay! I was pretty much about to jump up and down when hearing news about Forza Motorsports 3, but lol Im drooling at those WRC cars. Both games seems to have damage and in Forza you can roll whole car over.

Any idea about release date? Nope nope and nope.. For Forza3? Yes, already in this October.

looks great, and having the NASCAR and WRC licenses will add another dimension to the game.


it will certainly be interesting to see how this compares to Forza 3 when they are both released. i'm thinking of getting a X360 or PS3 later in the year, and this could certainly help sway my mind.

Switched over to the PS3 last year but I'm still waiting for a good racing game! That trailers really promising, the only thing I wanted with games like GT and Forza were large grids so that's the main thing I'm hoping for with GT5...

foolishness.... at least when people went crazy for FF 7 and bought all the PSX (sales went up about 400% or so for months and that game basically established the PSX as the next gen one while killing the Saturn) it had enough games released and soon to be released that were good. This current gen is a tad limited

I bought PS3 mainly for GT5 (and just in time for prologue). This crazy idea I did support with stupid imagination that there would be also new WRC and F1 game someday. Current F1 game is 100% @#$%& and WRC game doesnt exist. Company wich made those WRC games is now only making some crap arcade offroad games..

Microsoft will make next big rally game (I doubt it will be released for PS3) and next F1 game will be released also for Xbox360 (and for pc) so it it doesnt make any sence to buy it for PS3. lol

GT5 will be only good reason to buy PS3, if and when it finally will be released. Lots of people keep writing that it wont be ever released and specially not for PS3, but maybe for PS4..

F me - Im excited! I cant believe how long they have made us still wait for this game, but if its as good as the video (and heaps better than the proluge) it'll certainly be worth the wait!

Looks very nice indeed, I dunno which one I will buy between Forza and this, they are just too similar in my mind to buy both, still the fact that GT has up to 16 cars and Forza only 8 and the massive difference in the selection of cars is making me lean towards GT5. The WRC and NASCAR license are nice too but the NASCAR one will be limited I heard, and with the game not supporting the full 43 cars it's not that much fun IMHO.

Still I hope it's released sooner than later, I am getting bored with GTR2. Also another one that looks promising is the new Need for Speed, it's a sim now so I will keep two eyes on it.

Er, what about Dirt 2 - Im sure that will be on the PS3 aswell - although the xbox wins for price/online gaming/its just more aweosme
