i'd buy it, but i just can't play it, its stutters so bad in the menu screens, takes about 5 minutes to get the mouse to the start button, in gaMe its fine and lovely to play, but i've checked forums and there is no cure it yet, so when they sort it out, i'll definately buy, but for now, i'll stickk with GP4

Try turning off/sleeping your antivirus, I had that exact problem whe I first tried rfactor.
