Race-WTCC Demo available

Not really impressed with the demo, seems not as good as the GTL & GTR2 demos where when they came out.

One thing it does have though is working windscreen wipers

Will wait to see what the reviews on the final product are before i buy this.

I wasn't expecting anything else. Without reading up, this just sounded like a cash-cow from the off.

really poor. cant wait for the tracks to be converted to GTR2 and rFactor otherwise this game is useless

played it some more and started to get a feel for it after tweaking my FFB setting still nothing to write home about tbh.
The track is nice. although from when i have been to brands the tarmac and grass is certainly lighter, nothing that cant be fixed though. Slowly warming to the SEAT also
still cant understand how a game on the same engine as GTR2 and rFactor and GTLegends can run so poorly for me. oh well.

Still cant see myself buying it unless sendit have it for a stupidly low price.

Played it and at first was a little disappointed. I gave it a chance though and it does start to feel better. Brands Hatch looks beautiful. If the AI is good then I'll be buying, I really think Simbin should have released a version where you could actually race.

Like LS I'll have to read a few reviews before I make a decision.

No the track cam doesn't work for me either. I really hope this is a very early build of Race because if it is I hold hope that the final version will still be very good. If its a current build though then I'm worried, the demo seems a rush job and if the game is in the same state with under a month to go until release I'm worried.

The more I drive the cars the more I like it though, once you get to the limit with the FFB on they feel good to drive. Takes some getting used to.

@Crax, I think thats a graphics card problem. What card do you have? I could be way off the mark though.

really? i heard:
-Highly detailed damage system
All cars are destructible in a highly realistic manner and will bend, crumble and break just like the real life counterparts. Loose parts such as wheels or body parts flying around can and will be damaging other cars on the track so you got to stay sharp when driving.
