Nope :) Did have some problems initially, but that was due to SP2 deciding it would be a good idea to change the FireWire system... and nothing worked through it ;)

What is the newest version of the series? In 2003 there were no junkie cars in the track after a crash. That disturbed me a bit, so is there damaged cars in the track in that newest version? And what about Nascar Thunder? Is that series better than Nascar Racing?

To answer your queries:

1) I believe NASCAR Racing 2003 was the final version of the series.
2) The general consensus on this forum (and most other places) is that the NASCAR Thunder series sucks and NASCAR Racing is far and away the better game.

NASCAR Thunder is a rubbish EA arcade cash in with poor physics, graphics and no realism at all. Amazingly, NASCAR Sim Racing, is even worse!

NASCAR Racing 2003 was the final one. EA now has the rights and are still producing poor games.

What problem do you have with cars being damaged? Big pile ups are possiblem and then when the cars been stationary for X ammount of time, its removed, just like most other games. Anyway, you wouldnt be able to hit them even if they werent removed since under caution your meant to slow down anyway ;-)
