Senna, unless you have yr gfx quite high dont get it, the ISI is much better.

But then if you can run high gfx, it does look good.

Maybe so, but conversions are horrible unless you have a decent computer.

What issues did you have with the conversions chet? There were some earlier versions which werent optimized. But almost all of the GTL/GTR2 conversions have come up with v1.2,v1.3 etc. which arent as hard on your system and run as smoothly (for me anyway) as any stock ISI track.

EMG's not too good though, I advise to stay away of his and EuroDanny's tracks.

EMG's is just a straight up GP4 conversion isnt it? I think the ISI Montreal with SLN's texture update is the best out there for now

@gui and karan: Thx for the info, some people said it was the best montreal track out there, but it's very fps costly, and even so, it doesn't respect the lenght...

It is converted from F1ch. It is quite FPS hogging. Maybe because of the higher textures.

The GTL/GTR/2 converts are now very optimised. Get the V1.3 GTL tracks by Delphi82.

atm ive got delhpi 1.2version, and for me, the fps was all over and the catalyna was jumpy, i will try the 1.3 though... other than that the only other track conversion that works really well is the GTL Hockenhiem one...
And like everyone has said, the GP4 ones arent too good

but tbf I do need a new computer... Cant expect tracks to run perfectly on a system like mine, and a system like yours lol.

Oh yeah just checked out the EMG Montreal on rFc, F1C conversion indeed. But judging by the recent screenshots on there, it sure looks an awful lot like Monaco for some reason

EMG tracks are rubbish. I would advise you to stay away from them.
Monaco is a joke..why? Because F1C Monaco is a joke. If i ever could be arsed i would convert GP4 Monaco and Canada to rFactor but i dotn have time atm.
Because i dislike ISI's Canada as well. glaring mistakes.

GTL and GTR2 conversions are awesome. You cant get MORE accurate then those tracks neither will you get such good looking tracks with such small textures generally as they are mapped too perfection.

Only about 10-15 tracks get near the GTL/GTR2 conversions.

If you want i will put up a comparison picture of GTL Nurburgring and ISI Nurburgring. MAJOR difference!

Well we will be racing @ ISI Nurburgring this weekend, I still have tyre wear issues but well... I dont want to do a 3 stopper because of them again!

btw... OMFG, bloody screenies! They look so fuckin detailed that I cant barely reach the same quality with my laptop - and its more powerful than my computer, because at least, rFactor DOES NOT CRASH on my laptop!

Maybe I can post my laptop config and then some super duper screenshots taker like Karan and 00omalleys can help. I would love to take some super screenies of the F1 mod we've been using in our series, although its a modified CTDP and the skins arent top quality - its nice. :P

Actually it is running at 50% of its power :S My dad ran a benchmark test here and its really far from its full potential, so later we'll work on it :S
