Thats actually an AI car, both are. I also hate that mod so would never set it up to race. I would just do a couple laps and then screenshot, and exit :p

That is TPSCC and it is the Nextel cup skin pack. You can get it at rFc ;-)

Yeah my screens are of the Nextel Cup. I haven't tried the Busch one though...
