There are an amazing amount of people that still play GP2 and if you go to GP2.com (although it's address has changed now I think) there are still new downloads coming up every few days. It's good to start to learn to mod on I suppose.

Some people like 'retro' gaming - go search for a mega drive on ebay! I used to play GP2 every so often until I replaced my W98 PC with an XP one a few months back. I can't be bothered to try and get it to run :)

Actually that www.gprix2.com site is almost dead! Only 1 update in whole year..

Btw I did skip gp3 so I was still working with gp2 whem gp4 did come to stores.. Only about 2 years now from my last car for gp2.. :)

Kimi, so, Massa Fernando Sebastian is faster than you. Can you confirm you understood that message?

GP2 is still the best game I ever played. Now it might feel a little detached in terms of "feel", but it was simply brilliant in its day. I've ogt fantastic memories of hotlap competitions around monza and canada with a mate of mine.

Just a wonderful, wonderful game.

I think that the reason for the game still being played is that it's so easy to edit gp2 (i.e. painting your own car). And it's just a great game!

GP2 probably had the second biggest gaming impact on my life :). Only Zelda: Ocarina of Time was bigger, even FIFA 94 and 98 weren't as big with me!

If I could ever have solved that keyboard not respponding error on GP2 and GP3, I'd still be playing them. But alas, my PC appears to have outgrown them. Something to do with the graphics drivers, so I'm told.
