1988 Mod for F1 Challenge

Well, I got this mod and it's stunning. I love it. But I have a problem, it crashes to desktop on selected races, I think it's because of the SVM files in the save folder, it only has a couple of the tracks there, but it's odd because it CTD even when I select Brazil, which has a SVM file.

Does anybody here have this mod and is able to play it? I have reinstalled it a few times, it happens the same to the same places. I can run Monza but can't run Canada, for example.

Yes, i'm having problems with a couple of the tracks - i couldn't find another version of Jacarepagua, but the other tracks worked fine when i replaced the 1988 versions with ones i downloaded elsewhere.

And yea, the cars are great to drive, especially with all the aids turned off. I just scraped 3rd in the championship in a Minardi, at 110% AI

And I was totally confused when I tried to select my beloved Rio de Janeiro track, but saw the map of Jarama - Spain o_O. Couldn't someone convert Rio from MotoGP to F1C?

the tracks dont seem to be fully there on the installer (only a few files, no .mas file)

obviously its linking the mas files from the defaults its not a problem

You must be loading the tracks which don't have the right file, Sheepy.

when i do put the right link into the 1988 shortcut it sends me to the mainf1c folder

Well, the file should be almost 75mb big. All you do is extract the rar somewhere, and copy all of it to the F1C folder! But you can only race a few tracks, like Monza. The rest is messed up and CTD

Just copy everything over and say ok to overwriting, then load the F1C, go to edit your driver, and pick 1988

nothing said overwrite when i copyed the stuff to my main f1c folder
