How well does this game run on low end systems?

im downloading it now and am going to try running it on:

Athlon XP 1800+
512MB RAM
Radeon 9550

which is just inside the minimum spec, nonetheless im expecting my PC to explode when i start it up.

yeah yeah rub it in, I've even tried the Omega ATI drivers, apparently I can't turn on the agp x 4 function in Smartgart so it's gonna be a new graphics card to get this to run, sheeesh more expense, unless EA sort the problem with the drivers.

if your card doesnt support shaders then your screwed for nearly all new games, they all are using shaders now

Not true, HL2, doom3 are just as visually impressive as BF2, but run perfectly well on <GeForce FX's. My GF4 4600Ti Is abaout level (performance wise) with a fx 5600 (apart form Pixel shader)

I tried to play it today, and it kept freezing on me

it plays on my lil bros comp, which is a crappy 1.7 celery, 512 ram, r9200 SE.

its on lowest everything, but its playable and fun too might add
