LOG IN PROBLEMS - Update. Please all read!

With the current forum problems it can be that you are logged in to a arong account, yet the forum won't let you log out again (as happened to khalid and even to _tux_).
If you can't log out, close the forum and empty your cookie folder (Internet Explorer: extras - options - delete cookies). This, however, means that you will lose all log in data from other sites as well.
If you don't want to delete all your cookies, look for the grandprixgames cookie on your HD and delete it manually. The file(s) you are looking for should look like this
<your use name>@forum<a number in square brackets>.txt. In my case it is vader@forum[5].txt. Especially look for forum cookies that have names from other members.
Easy way to find the right cookie(s):
Start windows search and enter the exactly following search term :
*@forum*.txt
Open the txt file with an editor and look if it contains a line refering to grandprixgames.org. If it does (and especially if it has the nick of another froum member in its name) delete it and log in to the forum again.
PLEASE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES POST FROM A WRONG ACCOUNT

tools - options - privacy - cookies - view cookies - delete www.grandprixgames.org cookies

I have just received the following advice from Stephan concerning the current cookie-trouble:
- Please all change your passwords.
- If your browser does not allow cookies or if you have disabled cookies in your browser DON'T post or pass any forum links to others OR delete everything in the URL AFTER phorum_session_v5.
