Sad news for someone to die so young.

His achievements and impact on society today are nothing short of incredible.

I personally hate Ipads and Iphones, but I had the opportunity to put my hands on one of the first Macs. 486DX, I think. And it was awesome for me at that time. Still, I like Ipods and other Apple stuff.

The first macintosh models were around mid eighties.
The 486 models arent macs and are from the early nineties.
Macintosh didn't use the x86 hierarchy until 2006

It was a shame. I've never been a fan of Apple, but Steve was an inspirational and exceptional guy to have achieved what he did, and for someone to die of cancer is always tragic.

Having had a family member suffer badly from this type of cancer I think it is downright sick to be honest! Steve Jobs was a great and very clever man who changed the way we look at technology...his loss will be greatly felt.

My father died of cancer and I think it's quite funny.
Not that type of cancer, but I think amongst the types of cancer you actually die from, it doesn't really matter if one is allowed to make jokes about.

Please show me where in the wiki entry does it pinpoint the cancer and then make fun of it. All you have done is try to personalize it to make me feel bad. Sorry it didnt work. im sorry to hear your dad suffered, but once again How he died has nothing to do with the entry.
