It just wouldn't be a Tory government without some good old fashioned London violence. But don't worry, after 3 days of burning the city to the ground, Mr Cameron has decided to come home from holiday and host a meeting in the morning. In your own time David, in your own time.

But then again, maybe if the Met Police weren't exercising police brutality then these predictable situations wouldn't occur. Whilst you may be able to somehow justify the latest death, it only adds to the Met Police tally and there is only so much people will take.

There isn't enough police brutality, they should be using rubber bullets on the @#$%&.
What right do they have to go round burning cars and setting fire to buildings with people inside?
Instead of having people make excuses for them, these dregs should be dealt with severely, only the police are too limp wristed to do anything.

Um, police brutality was what got this started a few days ago. The Met Police have killed 3 people now, with almost no consequences. Sh*t was going to eventually kick off if that continued, and it did. Now, when the police DO need to be more stubborn, they aren't, because the potential fall out from it would be monumental.

Nobody is making excuses for these tools out there destroying London, however to suggest that this started without reason is blatantly ignoring the deaths of de Menezes and Tomlinson. The latest death can be justified at a stretch, but it's the straw that broke the camels back.

I'm not saying there isn't reason for people to feel aggrieved towards the Metropolitan Police, but there weren't these riots after De Menezes was shot, or Tomlinson was killed, both of which were more unjustifiable, so why now?
If this gangster had been caucasian would this really be happening?

Because its the straw that broke the camels back? After 2 deaths, tensions were already high. The 3rd one, no matter what the circumstances, was going to push them over.

What the hell does race have to do with it? de Menezes was Brazilian and Tomlinson was English, and people were pissed about those. The fact this guy was a gangster, or coloured had jack to do with it. The issue was eye-witnesses stated they pinned him down and shot him (exactly like they did with de Menezes) was what people objected to. And this is before we start talking about the Met Polices illegal policing methods regarding holding protesters.

People didn't riot because of these incidents, they protested because of this. But when people protest, some people will riot, and then others will join in and use it as an excuse to cause trouble.

It's not even a protest anymore

It's just become mindless vandalism and looting

Croydon and Clapham Junction have been badly hit

Where I live we have had only minor trouble fortunately

Bingo!

Its a complete mess.

I know a few people in Croydon, thankfully they're okay for now from what I hear but apparently the riots are now starting in other cities, Birmingham for one.

The latest guy was carrying a gun on him. It doesn't justify him being shot to death though.

But where do you drawn the line?

How far will people push the limits of law and order? Without facing punishment for their actions?

That goes for those rule breaking and those enforcing.

Criminals know they can get away with it.

Police know there is a finite limit without drastic consequences to restrain them.

The problem? The ball is in the criminals court.

Bottom line?

They can do more damage and get away with their human rights than the police can actually do anything about it or try to stop them.

"You see, this is exactly why we need the Global Government...", they will tell us. " Your government is shite, nationality is a thing of the past, economy as we know it turn out to be a flop and that's why we need new people, new mentality and a new world order..." I'm tired of this fake cause-effect-solution stuff. The real fight will be the fight for freedom not cheaper food or early retirement... We used to know how to do things. Now we are stupid telly watchers... Rubbish!

The interesting thing is, as fragile the state of the UK/World is right now, there has never been a greater time to make a social effort to raise these issues.

This is time for the power of us as a global people' to make a change.

It's easy to say something so absurd, without a list of how, what, where, when etc.

It is clear MANY people in this country at least, right now, are in the same train of thought.

But something must be done other than a bazillion facebook groups / online petitions and discussion.

We know we all think the same here.

BUT

We are ready for the next step.

What is that step; and how does it happen remains to be solved.
