Netbooks/Notebooks and Chomebooks

Hey guys,
Can anyone recommend me a netbook/notebook with an SSD, 11-12 inch screen, and reasonably thin, light, and portable? The SSD doesn't need to be massive, just enough to store some videos, pictures, music, etc. Also try and keep it cheap
I've been thinking about getting a Chromebook. I'm on the fence about it. So I want to see if I can get anything cheaper with better specs that will dualboot Windows and Chromium OS.
I did do a Google search, but I didn't find anything relevant
